Hello Lybrate User, 1. Drink turmeric milk for 2-3 days at bed time in night 2. Avoid drinking cold water 3. Take steam 2-3 times in a day 4. Consult with the Physician.

Hello Lybrate User, As per your stomach problem, consult with the Gastroenterology doctor. And you need to follow some tips: 1. Drink 2-3 litter water daily 2. Totally avoid spicy, oily and junk food 3. Try to adopt a healthy lifestyle 4. Do regular morning and evening exercise daily 5. Add fresh fruits and salad in your diet.

Hello Lybrate user, Try to do daily meditation 15 to 20 minutes daily after and before sleeping. Don't take stress. Try to live happy and make your surroundings and to yourself positive. Read good novels and stories. Do daily pray to god 2 times. Take balanced diet. Totally avoid junk foods. Do daily morning exercise and walk.

My dry skin condition is worsening year by year. Earlier it was limited for winter season & only legs & hands only effected. But now it is for whole body for 365 days, dry skin along with itching. My skin is getting rough & harder. I am getting skin rashes & damage skin on sole of feet & palms. Using moisturising makes no difference. My leg skin colour changed to black & roughened. Consulted many doctors, but no use. Kindly suggest a permanent solution for the same. Thank you.

Hii Lybrate user. Skin dryness can be controlled to certain extent. Drinking milk Applying emollients and moisturizers regularly after bathing helps prevent dry skin. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food apply coconut oil, mustard oil.

Hi lybrate-user, 1.Properly wash your face 2.Stay hydrated 3.Limit makeup 4.Wash Pillow Cover and Towels Regularly 5.Do Not Skip Moisturizing 6.Don’t touch your face Your hands encounter grime and bacteria constantly throughout the day.
