Hi Lybrate user, avacado and egg are super combination for beakfast the health benefits are They Contain More Potassium Than Bananas Eating Avocados Can Lower Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels Avocados Are Loaded With Powerful Antioxidants That Can Protect The Eyes Combine avocado with egg and wrap it in a tortilla to create a filling breakfast packed with nutrients to start your day right. To keep the wrap healthful, use egg whites instead. Eating a healthful breakfast promotes weight loss and helps control hunger throughout the day About MILK AND FRUITS You should avoid fruits and Milk together. Not true completely. Milk can be mixed with some fruits like Apple, Banana, Ripe Mango, Chickoo, etc. However, milk should not mixed with sour fruits like Pineapple, Orange, Berries, etc. As these fruits are acidic and adding acidic fruits to Milk would curdle the milk. According to Ayurveda it isn't good to eat milk/yogurt and high-sugar or acidic fruits together. In the case of high sugar fruits, the milk hampers the digestion process of the fruit and the sugars may ferment. In the case of acidic fruits, the acid in the fruit curdles the milk, leading to excess acidity However, a lot depends on your metabolism and your digestive system so you might be able to digest fruit and milk together better than WE can, but it's better to stay safe.

Hi Lybrate user, Beriberi is a disease in which the patient suffers from Vitamin B1 deficiency. This vitamin is also known as thiamine. When the diet lacks in this vitamin, it leads to beriberi. Due to beriberi, the patient has fatigue and lethargy Do's Brown rice is a good source of Vitamin B1. You should include brown rice in the diet. Brown rice is also known as husked rice. You should avoid eating polished rice You should drink rice bran. You can make your own rice bran drink by boiling rice in lots of water and then drain the liquid and drink it You should eat legumes. You can also eat nuts and seeds. Should drink milk regularly Grate pineapple and eat it after having meals. Do it two times daily You can collect 150 grams of soybeans and split them in two pieces. Drop the soybeans in a pot filled with 1 kg water and boil it for 20 minutes. Then you can take a footbath in that boiled water for 10 to 20 minutes. You can even take the benefit by drinking soybean juice once a day daily. DO notS Do not eat shellfish, clams and mussels. Avoid eating uncooked meat dishes.

What is the diet for Hepatitis A. And how many months the patient should be in diet.

For this one should take a diet rich in carbohydrates. Besides this giloy (Tinospora cordifolia, green leafy vegetables (Reddish leaves juice), turmeric, yellow colored fruits and vegetables, cow's urine are helpful. Spices, oily and fried food items (preserved stuffs too) should be avoided. It would take more than 3-4 months to recover with healthy diet and lifestyle.

Hi Lybrate user, drink two glasses of water in the morning regularly. This helps to maintain the level of acids in the stomach chew mint leaves with boiled water Ginger juice, mixed with roasted cumin seeds and rock salt drink Coconut water During the Pitta period, i.e. Between 10 a.m. And 2 p.m. The digestive fire burns the strongest and digestive enzymes are most activated. This is the best time to eat your main meal, as the body is better able to digest and assimilate nutrition from the food drink a glass of lukewarm water every day before going to sleep Do not drink water during or immediately after a meal though, as it can lead to improper digestion that can contribute to acidity. Add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a cup of water. Bring it to a boil and then allow it to steep for a few minutes. Drink this cinnamon tea two to three times a day Eat on time and avoid skipping meals Fresh pomegranate juice helps balance pitta Regular practice of meditation alongside yoga will bring about a sense of balance in Pitta for smoother, more effective digestion.
