I had a sex with my girlfriend without a protection and she was running in period, after one day later again I had a sex with my wife without a any protection and that it was bleeding, so due to this do I get infected with any serious disease? Such a like HIV.

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Sexologist, Delhi
intercourse in periods may cause skin infections in private part but not HIV. HIV spreads only by performing sexual activity with HIV infected person.. so no need to worry about HIV but but its better to avoid sex during periods

I have delivered a girl baby on January 28th, 2016 by cesarean delivery, how to reduce my belly & weight. But weight reduction shouldn't after feeding.

Doctor of Naturopathy & Natural Medicines, DM - Clinical Haematology
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Agra
I have delivered a girl baby on January 28th, 2016 by cesarean delivery, how to reduce my belly & weight. But weight ...
Congrats:) But I believe cesarean baby must have bring lots of complications, I am giving some general advice to reduce fat and also giving some tips for your next delivery (if you plan) and if you follow the tips the baby will born a normal delivery. Naturopathy believes that Mother Nature has every remedy for our problems, it believes in preventing the problem instead of just curing it. I am suggesting you some simple lifestyle changing tips that will not just make your body proportionate and give you a desired shape but will also help you obtain a healthy body. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. 1.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day 2.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. 3.Try having your dinner (proper food) before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. 4.Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. 5.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. 6.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). 7.Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Drinking water during or after meals can bring almost 103 types of disease in your body. I can suggest you one magic machine which you can use, its a machine which every Indian mother used from thousands of years and every one had a normal delivery. That machine is" atta peesne ki chakki" Through this machine your uterus will be flexible and you will avoid cesarean delivery, use it for 15 minutes everyday and you may also use to eat fresh flour. You can also start eating methi dane k ladoo to avoid cesarean deliver. Thirdly if you do not have kidney or gall stone problem you can eat one gram choona (lime stone) with curd for 3 months. This will help not only in giving normal deliver but will also give birth to a intelligent baby, that calcium will reach your baby through mothers milk. Choona is a magic natural medicine, do not bring doubt in your mind, for any query you can contact me or check the benefits of lime stone. You can also consult me for post pregnancy diets Thanks.

I'm 15 weeks pregnant. Double marker test revealed that t21 is less than 50: 1. Everybody is suggesting to go for amniocentesis. But is it safe? When should it be done? I contacted a diagnostic centre and they said it should be done on 16th week. But others are saying after 20 weeks. We are concerned about the risk factors. What type of risk does it posses?

What influences Influenza (causes and symptoms)

MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Gurgaon
What influences Influenza (causes and symptoms)

Influenza or flu is a contagious respiratory infection that affects the lungs, throat, nose and occasionally, the ears. It usually does not require treatment but Paracetamol can provide relief from most of the symptoms. Rarely, influenza can lead to severe complications like pneumonia, sinus problems and asthma. Annual vaccinations can prevent these complications even if you do get a mild flu.
Causes
The influenza virus is air borne and can be spread through coughing, sneezing, skin to skin contact, or indirect contact like touching a contaminated object. Type A, Type B and Type C influenza viruses affect the respiratory organs.
People with weak immune systems are infected more easily than others- children under the age of 4, people above the age of 60 pregnant women, obese people and those who are suffering from kidney disorders and diabetes are at greater risk of infection. Air pollution also aggravates the problem.
There is also little chance that your body has the necessary antibodies to fight the virus if you have been infected before. This is because the influenza virus modifies constantly and new strains of the virus appear rapidly. So, the antibodies that work against one particular variant do not work effectively against the others. This is why vaccination is also not a foolproof preventive technique against this disease.
Symptoms
The symptoms of influenza begin to show within a few days after infection. In a few cases, the infection may be asymptomatic. When they do show, the symptoms are very common- high fever, shivering, a blocked and runny nose, frequent coughing and sneezing and chest congestion are the predominant signs. In the later stages, there are headaches, body aches, general fatigue, reddened and watering eyes, throat pains and difficulty in speaking.
In the cases where the patient is a child, there are a few other symptoms like digestive and gastrointestinal disorders such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. The last two are especially common in children who have been infected by influenza virus Type B.
Aged people often have low resistance to the virus. This is why the flu quickly escalates and the complications like primary viral pneumonia or secondary bacterial pneumonia. In such cases, there are sever symptoms like breathing problems, the presence of blood in the sputum, red and itchy skin and petechial rashes (caused by minor punctures in the capillary blood vessels). If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Menses can be missed either because of hormonal changes or illness like urine infection or even stress or even if you have put on some weight in recent times then also menses can be missed. All these problems are temporary and menses will come on its own. You can wait for another 30 days before you can take tablet deviry to get menses, if pregnancy is not the issue here.

CycleBeads lets you know when you can get pregnant by identifying 12 potentially fertile days each cycle – Days 8 through 19, where Day 1 is the first day of your period. These 12 days take into account the 6 days when pregnancy is possible as well as the variability in the timing of ovulation from one cycle to the next. Surveys of women using CycleBeads to get pregnant show that they are highly successful, with more than 80% of women getting pregnant within 6 months and the vast majority achieving pregnancy within the first 3 months of trying to conceive.

If you got pregnancy with the sex on 20th march, menses will not come with any medicines. Pregnancy can be confirmed by urine test only after 19-21 days after the sex, if you do not have menses by that time.

Will a female orgasm hurt or help the chances of getting pregnant, or is there even a difference? Today we are going to explore this topic a little more in depth to find out just exactly what role, if any, a female orgasm plays in the journey to pregnancy.nature had made an arrangement if female does not have orgasm, she will get pregnant. thanks

First you check your hcg in the blood (preg test), then caliculate the safe period, the safe is first 8 days after menses and 19th dady onwards in regular menses pattren. First confirm weather it is preg or not, then you ask for further follow up.
