dear user. it is common to get back pain while driving or sitting for long hours. reduce weight. correct your sitting posture and take rest properly at night to avoid pain. apply pain relieving ointment with warm water and little back strengthening excercises will helps gain strength in muscles.

You can injure your shoulder by performing manual labor, playing sports, or even by repetitive movement. Certain diseases can bring about pain that travels to the shoulder. These include diseases of the cervical spine of the neck, as well as liver, heart, or gallbladder disease. In many cases, you can treat shoulder pain at home. However, physical therapy, medications, or surgery may also be necessary. Some minor shoulder pain can be treated at home. Icing the shoulder for 15 to 20 minutes three or four times a day for several days can help reduce pain. Use an ice bag or wrap ice in a towel because putting ice directly on your skin can cause frostbite and burn the skin.

Start with Physiotherapy treatment. Learn exercise for Spine and knee joint. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Apply volini cream before sleeping. Take Calcium; multivitamin and vitamin D 3 for 2 month.

It might be a cramp. This usually happens due to muscle tightness & weakness. It is also associated with calcium & protein deficieny through your diet. At your age this would be the only possibility. So add up some exercises and improve your diet.

In standing position lower back muscles help in keep the back straight. If the muscles are of the lower back are weak then you feel pain while standing. Do atleast 5 suryanamaskars everyday to keep your lower back strong.

I am man 65 year old with neck problem in x-ray doctor find nothing and advice me pain killer pain is still there when I lie in bed then pain is sevior please advice.

Sir no need to worry, just follow few simple steps I am telling you. Don't use pillow, don't use matters flat heard surface for sleep. Take pain killer for two weeks and then I will suggest you some simple exercise. Are you diabetic. Any other health related problems. If not then don't worry you will be all right.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

dear sneha. 1st of all 1 thing i want to clear that climbing of 6 floors is good exercise capacity for a normal daily moderately working people. if you want me to add more scientific details. climbing more than 5 flight of stairs requires at least >20ml/kg/min of o2 supply through lungs, which is far greater than normal consumption of 250 ml/min. so you are feeling all those symptoms. as far as my knowledge is concerned no need for further testing... if u want further clarification contact me by replying to this message

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

My sister suffers from low blood pressure all the time her bp is as low as 50/80 or even lower than 50 at times say 49. She has severe exhaustion and headache because if the same .please advice what needs to be done. Are there any tests which need to be done. Had got all her routine test done 2 months back n they were all ok.

1. Drink plenty of water/ nimbu pani/electral powder with water 2. Increase salt intake 3. Take plenty of fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits. Fish, chicken etc 4. Avoid alcohol 5, go for regular exercise 6. Drink tea/ coffee 7. Avoid prolonged standing 8. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression 9. Take. Adequate rest and have 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night 10. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 11. Check your hemoglobin, monitor bp and consult physician for advice and treatment.

Knee swelling is sometimes referred to as" water on the knee. The medical term for this condition is knee effusion. Effusion can result from an injury, chronic overuse, or disease. To treat your symptoms we need to identify the likely cause. The application of ice packs on your affected knee is known as a very effective home treatment method in alleviating the symptoms of fluid on the knee. Elevate your leg while applying an ice pack on the affected knee. Give yourself sufficient rest. You need to avoid engaging in strenuous activities. Please consult a physiotherapist to determine the cause of your joint swelling.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
