Doctor, I'm 17 years old now. When I was 16 years I got mild pain in right testes. So, I under went ultra scan. Doctor found, tat I am having varicose veins in left testes (with grade 1) I took homoeo medicines initially. I am free from the pain but I can feel mild twisted veins. Is it serious? Recently we didn't take any scan. Is it possible to cure by doing yoga asanas. please tel me about do's and do not's. What is the treatment. Also, in scan report everything is normal.

Please go ahead with surgery by a reputed urologist in your town, it cannot be cited by other methods and if you fail to address this it will affect your sperm quality and may lead to male infertility.

Hand exercise dear, you can do it, 1……. Make a Fist Hand and finger exercises can help strengthen your hands and fingers, increase your range of motion, and give you pain relief. Stretch only until you feel tightness. You shouldn't feel pain. Start with this simple stretch: •Make a gentle fist, wrapping your thumb across your fingers. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. Release and spread your fingers wide. •Repeat with both hands at least four times. Finger Stretch Try this stretch to help with pain relief and to improve the range of motion in your hands: •Place your hand palm-down on a table or other flat surface. •Gently straighten your fingers as flat as you can against the surface without forcing your joints. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. •Repeat at least four times with each hand. Claw Stretch This stretch helps improve the range of motion in your fingers. •Hold your hand out in front of you, palm facing you. •Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint. Your hand should look a little like a claw. •Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. Repeat at least four times on each hand. Grip Strengthener This exercise can make it easier to open door knobs and hold things without dropping them. •Hold a soft ball in your palm and squeeze it as hard as you can. •Hold for a few seconds and release. •Repeat 10 to 15 times on each hand. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damaged. Dear Lybrate user, 1)Locally apply Mahanarayn Tail and do genteelly massage for 10mins, afterwards do Swedan(Steam) 2) Take healthy diet which can suitable to season and our constitution. 3) Increase use of Desi Indian breed cow Milk , Ghee & other milk products. 4)Take few dry fruits regularly if possible.

Frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which shoulder movements get progressively decreased, it is commonly associated with diabetes although association with other conditions is also known. Treatment includes intensive physical therapy, short course anti inflammatory medications according to one' s suitability and maintenance of calcium/ vitamin d metabolism. Pain in the legs can be related to your back pain. Try sleeping with a pillow underneath your knee to relieve the stress over your back and start with knee bending and exercise in lying down position.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the midpoint between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Dear, if you tired very fast and have headache. Then you will definitely get relief by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking.

Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder & arm. rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
