Hello. Please provide the reason of pain. As you said you have undergone medical treatment .so what was the diagnosis. Do fulfill the needs of calcium vitamin D and other minerals and vitamins.(proper diet + supplements if needed) Do regular exercise. Few post might help you in some way. Regards!

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Sit straight maintain your posture. Equal balance on both legs avoid long sitting and toward bending, lifting heavyweight, do strength exercise of spine. Heat fermentation twice a day and do rest. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Dear user, go for inferential and ultrasonic therapy to reduce pain. Do some back strengthening excercises to gain strength. Avoid long standing. Sitting posture must be cirrect. Driving more than 40 kms. Take a halt for 5 mins and move.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Dear, First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief. To increase hunger you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of Kali mirch( black pepper), grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves add 1/2 onion grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your appetite . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . • Eat healthy food and avoid fast food .

Avoid painkiller posture correction must. Avoid long sitting toward bending and lifting heavyweight. Do physiotherapy treatment for few days best for you nw avoid home remedy and exercises do rest.

Dr. My right knee is paining continuously, this generaly immediate after I masturbate then pain reduces as days pass. X ray report of both knees are normal, also there is cracking sound of patela. Is it due to excessive masturbation, people say that sinovial fluid is dried due to over masturbation, I am doing it from small age. Also can you suggest where I can have mri scan done in less charitable rates. Please suggest me whether it is curable.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

Take nutritious diet. Avoid wrong posture while sitting and sleeping. Avoid spicy fried and junk food. Avoid tea coffee and aerated drinks. Avoid using pillow. Start with back stretching exercises.

As you feel pain in knees, follow these usefultips for pain relief: * first check out bone mineral density (bmd). In case of low bmd, your calcium level in body are low. So take take calcium rich diet daily. Take a glass (300 ml) of full cream milk daily or 100 gm of cheese or 1-2 eggs regularly. * give a gentle oil massage to knees regularly and wrap your knees with cloth dipped in hot water for atleast 10-15 minutes. * wear knee cap or wrap crape bandage during walk for knee support. * sit atleast for 5-8 minutes in sunlight in morning or evening for vitamind. *avoid heal shoe and wear only flat shoes for balanced load on knees. * check out your blood sugar level and hemoglobin level in every 6 months. * if you have any history of rheumatoid arthritis in family then checkout your ra factor. * take guggalu tablets if himalaya one tablet daily for atleast 3 months. * take a piece of garlic, crush it and boil it a glass of milk and drink daily for fast pain relief.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.
