I am suffering from minor whitehead acne from past 1 month, please tell some best home remedies or medicines to treat...
There are some strategies that people with whiteheads and acne can use at home to treat and prevent acne. These include Washing skin gently twice daily with mild soap and lukewarm water Avoiding squeezing pimples or excessively touching the skin Using caution when shaving Avoiding excessive sun exposure that can lead to skin tanning or burns Avoiding excessive use of cosmetics Using oil-free skin products Removing makeup before going to bed Choosing noncomedogenic, nonpore-clogging skin products Using fragrance-free water-based emollient to treat dry skin Regularly washing hair and keeping hairspray away from the face Wearing loose clothing made of nonsynthetic fabrics such as cotton Acne can cause personal distress and long-term scarring. Anyone who is concerned about their acne should seek the help of a medical professional or dermatologist, as there may be a treatable underlying problem.

I am 63 years old man. My problem is I have warts in my body. What is the remedy for removing warts.

MBBS, MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy
Dermatologist, Chennai
First it needs to be ascertained whether they are warts or any other skin growths like seborrheic keratoses. Anyhow, these skin growths can be removed by electrosurgery/ radiofrequency - simple daytime office dermatological procedure.

Since the region is black it means there is haematoma. U will have to do an xray to rule out any fracture. If there is no fracture then you can take tablet lyser d for 15 days to relieve the swelling and blackness.

Hi am 28 but I still get acne on my face and due to that black marks and spots are there and acne is so frequent.

MD- Homoeopathy
Homeopath,
Hi am 28 but I still get acne on my face and due to that black marks and spots are there and acne is so frequent.
If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

9 Major Causes of Premature Graying of Hair and its Solutions

It is a growing concern that today even kids as young as ten years old suffer from #graying of #hair. It was a very rare phenomenon even a few years ago but it is increasing every day. #stress.

Today even children are not out of bounds of #stress and hence #graying of #hair starts as early as in a ten year old. But to prevent #graying of #hair you have to know about it a little. Hence read on to know more.

Every #hair #follicle has #melanocytes, which are hair pigmentation producing cells. When a hair #strand grows out of a #hair #follicle, #melanocytes inject #melanin into the #strand that makes the #hair colored. Usually with age, the #melanocytes slowly stop producing the #melanin, thus making the hair #strands turn first #gray and then white. But due to some reasons like some kinds of illness or #stress or lack of proper #nutrition, the #melanocytes might stop producing enough #melanin before time. This is what causes #premature graying of hair.

The kind of illnesses that might cause #premature #graying of #hair includes #hyperthyroidism, #hormonal #imbalances, #hypothyroidism, #pernicious #anemia and so on. It can also be caused by excessive damage to the #hair that happens from the effect of using chemical #dyes frequently, keeping the #scalp unclean and effect of some high dosage drugs. Since the reasons of #premature #graying of #hair are varied, it is suggested that for treatment you consult a good #trichologist first before trying anything for yourself. For one thing using dyes that contain #ammonia to color your hair would be a mistake that would further aggravate the problem. But unfortunately that is what most people do.

While there are many reasons that cause early #graying of #hair.

Major causes for premature graying of hair are:

    #pollution
    Lack of proper #nutrition
    #hyperthyroidism
    #hormonal #imbalances
    #hypothyroidism
    #pernicious #anemia
    Usage of #chemical #dyes
    Keeping #scalp unclean
Consumption of some high dosage drugs

If you too are facing the problem of #premature #graying of #hair, make sure you consult a good #trichologist to find out the reason behind the problem. Once the reason is clear it would be much easier to find a solution too. If the only option you have is to color your #hair, make sure you use a color that contains no #ammonia. Hence using something natural like the henna would be a good idea. And if you are fortunate to still have a mane of hair that has not started to gray yet, make sure you take proper care of it.
