Mr. lybrate-user, nothing to worry. For your height you should be around 52 kgs. You are just 4 kgs to go. Eat high protein diet. Include atleast 2 glasses of milk and 2 eggs per day. Talk to me for detailed diet plan.

Dear it seems you are having a dispute about eating maggi over food. Please remember, maggi is very addictive. It gets prepared very fast so we feel bored to prepare food and prefer maggi. Try to add proteins, nutrela soya, chicken, fish, paneer, mutter, corn, veggies etc in maggi. Reduce the contents of maida and increase nutrients. It will be a win-win situation.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, good morning. As you're dealing with diabetes from more than 8yrs, hope, your routine workouts n diet nourishing is at par! pain in waist has to be explained well. Feverish feeling n leg pain (it may like heart attack ) is a concern.

Low fat, low sugar high protein diet. Take cereals, green vegetables, whole meal bread or roti, proteins like dal, beans ,low fat yoghurt and fresh fruits. Avoid chocolates, ice creams, fried foods, sweets, oily and junk foods.

Hi, from last 4-5 days I noticed a problem while motion in morning as well in day bleeding comes through anus I don't feel any kind of pain that time kindly suggest the right method or this is illness like hemorrhoids. Kindly suggest some medicine.

Hi, lybrate-user there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements which helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet planbreakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet -- daily after breakfast cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.
