Weight gain or body type is genetic. You must give time to let body achieve it's potential weight by eating right. Just overeating in one meal or indulgence in fatty foods will not help. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Please rule out arthritis developing. However start doing walks and if possible cycling exercise. For legs also this will hp. Additionally light massage on legs with maharayan oil+ mahavishgarbh oil mixed after hot fomentation on knees and legs. Tab rumya ds 1 bd kumaryasav+ louhasav 10 ml each plus 20 ml water after meals. Take tarunikusumakar 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water nutritious iron rich diet. 4 weeks Next step after that May seek clarification if feel so.

Hello, I want to ask about my mother. We have noticed that at night her BP increases to around 140. Why BP increase at night? She has feeling of ghabrahat. She has done ECG and ECHO test around 2 months ago and it was fine. Doctor has told to take BP medicine Telvas 40. And she also feels breathing problem at night. We went to ENT doctor and he said that mucus is there in sinuses. He has given allergy medicines for that. Please tell what to do.

You could start by slowly increasing your food intake. Incorporate more of proteins and fats in your diet, but avoid junk foods. Have a healthy diet having pulses, milk, soy, etc and if you are a non vegetarian it will also help a lot. Taking the ayurvedic medicine narasimha rasayana or chyavanaprasha - 1 tablespoon with milk at night will also help a lot.

Excessive weight gain is caused when people consume more calories than the body needs—occurring most commonly due to eating a diet high in fat and calories, being sedentary, or both. This imbalance between calories consumed and calories burned, however, can also be caused by a number of different obesity-related factors such as genetic, hormonal, behavioral, environmental and, to some extent, cultural. There are many other factors causing obesity such as pregnancy, tumors as well as endocrine disorders and medications that include psychotic drugs, estrogens, corticosteroids and insulin Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye, try to exercise at a time that is convenient for you. Avoid exercise on empty stomach, stay hydrated throughout. Keep an electrolytic drink like lime juice to sip on during workout. Avoid working out in excessive sunlight especially in the afternoons. Also weight loss is not dependent on time of the day. Your daily intake and output determines that.

My skin is getting darker and darker day by day. I don't prefer to go in sunlight as it makes my skin tan. That is because ultraviolet light reaches the earth's surface and the surface of your skin at all times. Melasma can be treated by skin creams which can be prescribed only by a dermatologist after complete history and examination. If the topical creams do not work then we have laser therapy. There are various kind of laser therapy is available but which one is most suitable for your can only be suggested by a dermatologist. A series of laser treatments may be necessary. It usually requires 6 or more treatments two weeks apart. Each patient is unique and requires a different number of treatment sessions. The number of treatments depends on how dark the discoloration is, how deep the pigment is and the natural color of the skin.

Gaining weight in a healthy way is not ROCKET science. It just takes knowing a little bit about muscle physiology and exercise science. If you are not gaining weight than do not look much further for the answer. It is really not that complicated and really only breaks down to one or two or all of the following: 1. You do not maintain energy balance (Energy In vs. Energy Out). 2. You do not eat the right foods at the right times (poor food combinations). 3. You do not give your muscles enough stimulus (or reason) to grow. ENERGY BALANCE Here is the easiest way to understand energy balance: Energy Balance = Energy Intake – Energy Expenditure The balance of intake versus outtake is a critical starting point in weight gain or loss. If you have a SURPLUS of calories (positive energy balance) where the intake EXCEEDS the expenditure, you gain weight. If you have a DEFICIT of calories (negative energy balance) where the intake is LESS than expenditure, you lose weight. Simple enough. Now remember that a surplus of calories is ONLY one component of gaining weight! Three thousand calories of junk and empty calories is COMPLETELY different from 3000 calories of high quality carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Anybody who does not understand this does not understand the theory that a calorie is not a calorie. (You can determine your daily calorie intake using a good online calorie calculator or you can ask your general physician.) NUTRITION So in order to gain healthy muscle mass you need to provide your body with the essential nutrients it needs to promote new muscle growth. A healthy diet for most people is one that includes 5-7 portions of vegetables and fruits a day (a good balance is 3-4 vegetables and 2-3 fruits, 2-3 portions of whole grains such as whole grain barley, brown rice, and oats, and 2-3 portions of lean protein such as skinless chicken, low-fat plain yogurt, lentils, or eggs. Your diet should also include regular amounts of fish oils, nuts and seeds, plant oils, herbs, and spices. Remember, no one food can make you healthy on its own—aim instead for a varied and balanced diet. This means trying to include many of the seasonal fruits, vegetables and other foods into your diet on a regular basis, and varying your choices daily. Meal replacements are one of the best methods to loose weight if do not want to follow diet. Replace 2 meals with either Amway or Herbalife or forever living products then make sure you eat other meals also healthy not junk or deep fried or restaurant food. Do 45 min physical activity daily. You can take novelon or femilon. From day 2-4 of your cycle and once you stop the pill you have periods within 5 to 7 days start another pill from day 2-3 of next cycle don't miss pill if you do miss take 2 pills the next day if you forget to take the max limit is day 5 of cycle if you take later than day 5 to 7 thr failure rate is more.

Shampoos are just for cleansing purpose thats it. Dont expect more from it as shown in advts. Dont fall in that trap. Use a good anti dandruff shampoo. For hair loss click some pics and upload it for my evaluation.

Abortions definitely affect health. Try to avoid further abortions, body will recover if you take proper balanced vegetarian diet.
