For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily for a week.....+ 1tsf triphala churna daily..., take small meals 4-5 times a day..eat healthy n light food ...drink plenty of water...walk 1km daily in evening...follow up after a week. take 1 tsf Zandu shatavrex with milk twice daily 1 hr after meals.

By rubbing the skin it gets irritated and blood supply to that area increase so it swells it us a normal reaction and not a disease.

Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, push ups, yoga etc. Eat extra amount of food. Do not skip meals. Use whole cream milk. Use nutritional supplement. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take more refined foods with unrefined foods. Extra fish, egg, meat etc will help. Avoid smoking, alcohol. No water just before or during meals. Take stress free quality sleep. These will help you but for guaranteed result consult me privately on lybrate.

Dear weakness can be due to many reasons, such as impoper sleep, hornonal imbalances, certain deficiencies & less of antioxidants in our diet so start doing these things it may help 1. Take proper sleep. 2. Eat balanced diet with all essential nutrients & enough of fruits & vegetables. 3. Take more of antioxidant rich sources in your diet, green tea atleast twice a day or an apple everyday. 4. Take enough of low fat milk & milk products in your diet.

1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. These can be side effects of medicines or she must not be drinking enough water. Keep hydrate. U have not specify why she started with medication no other details also provided by u. hello sir for weight gain calculate your basic calorie requirement , increase your calorie intake, increase the quantity of food you eat. eat 5-6 meals a day , increase your portion size. choose calorie-densefoodslike corn, potatoes, banana, mango, chiku, peanut butter, cheese. Do exercise on daily basis as exercise will stimulate your appetite and energy needs. make sure you sleep at least 7-8 hours everyday

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important.
