Can take tablet domstal for vomitting and for loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg, one tablet sos upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest 4. Apply hot fomentation 5. Wear scrotal support bandage 6. If no relief, you may have to take antibiotic after consulting doctor

Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

You should have proper sleep hygiene. Sleep at same time daily. Bed is only for sleep do not use your bed as a workstation use dark curtains for your windows. Set the room temp at 70 degrees Fahrenheit avoid tea and coffee after 4 pm do not watch crime movies, watch comedy programs which will increase your feel good hormones lack of proper sleep is the trigger factor for chronic lifestyle diseases do not use medications for sleep take a consultation with me. And we have to get to the root cause to fix the problem Just putting a band aid is a temporary fix what you require is a permanent solution and for that detailed dietary, job,medical history is required.

I am a 43 year old male. I am having swelling in my foot ankles. If I sit for few hours, like traveling or doing work, then my foot become like a ball. Lots of inflammation. Why is this happening? i've checked lft. Kidney test. Its all in perfect condition its been for years, not recently happened. Please advise.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Diabetes and exercise go hand in hand, at least when it comes to managing your diabetes. Exercise can help you improve your blood sugar control, as well as boost your overall fitness and reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.

But diabetes and exercise pose unique challenges, too. Remember to track your blood sugar before, during and after exercise. Your records will reveal how your body responds to exercise ? and help you prevent potentially dangerous blood sugar fluctuations.

Before exercise: Check your blood sugar before your workout

Before jumping into a fitness program, get your doctor's OK to exercise ? especially if you've been inactive. Discuss with your doctor which activities you're contemplating and the best time to exercise, as well as the potential impact of medications on your blood sugar as you become more active.

For the best health benefits, experts recommend 150 minutes a week of moderately intense physical activities such as:

Fast walking
Lap swimming
Bicycling

If you're taking insulin or medications that can cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), test your blood sugar 30 minutes before exercising and approximately every 30 minutes during exercise. This will help you determine if your blood sugar level is stable, rising or falling and if it's safe to keep exercising.

Consider these general guidelines relative to your blood sugar level ? measured in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) or millimoles per liter (mmol/L).

Lower than 100 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L). Your blood sugar may be too low to exercise safely. Eat a small carbohydrate-containing snack, such as fruit or crackers, before you begin your workout.

100 to 250 mg/dL (5.6 to 13.9 mmol/L). You're good to go. For most people, this is a safe pre-exercise blood sugar range.

250 mg/dL (13.9 mmol/L) or higher. This is a caution zone. Before exercising, test your urine for ketones ? substances made when your body breaks down fat for energy. Excess ketones indicate that your body doesn't have enough insulin to control your blood sugar. If you exercise when you have a high level of ketones, you risk ketoacidosis ? a serious complication of diabetes that needs immediate treatment. Instead, wait to exercise until your test kit indicates absence or a low level of ketones in your urine.

300 mg/dL (16.7 mmol/L) or higher. Your blood sugar may be too high to exercise safely, as these high glucose levels may increase your risk of dehydration and ketoacidosis. Postpone your workout until your blood sugar drops to a safe pre-exercise range.

I am getting mild pain in sternum and boths lungs when standing and comfortable while sleeping or sitting. No cough, no breathlessness. But feeling burning sensation in sternum and lungs while running above 200 mts and subsidies after 3,4 minutes rest. Please let me know the problem.

Do you have any history of hypertension, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol, or a strong family history of heart diseases. Do you have a history of acidity? It's better that you see a physician and if needed take an ECG, etc.

1. Stay away from Dust and Pollution. 2. Increase your immunity, eat plenty of Fruits and vegetables. 3. Keep Hydrated. Drink plenty of water and soups. 4. Exercise - Make it a habit to exercise or run for 45 minutes daily. This will improve your immunity. 5. Green Tea - Drink green Tea and coffee, They contain flavnoids and will. Improve your immunity. 6. Multivitamin - A good multivitamin of Antioxidants will also help you avoid cold and allergies. 7. Avoid eating outside food. 8. Handful of nuts like walnuts and almonds will improve your immunity to fight of the cold and allergies. 9. Maintain Healthy weight. 10. Yes, you can. Regular menstrual cycle is a normal physiological phenomenon and there ano harm in taking medicines for cold and cough.

My body smells really bad specially my private area and under arms even after using perfume and deodorant what can I do.

For women & men, sweating is the normal body response to our daily activity. There are two types of sweat glands: 1. Eccrine glands 2. Apocrine glands Eccrines glands are sweats glands that found around the body. They produce sweat usually clear secretion composed of: -Water plus some salt (Na = sodium chloride) -Vitamin C -Metabolic waste such as ammonia, urea, uric acid -Lactic acid = chemical produces during heavy muscle activities. This is also called as body’s heat-regulator Which supplied with nerve endings that cause them to secrete sweat when external temperature or body temperature is high so when sweat evaporates off the skin surface, it carries large amount of body heat with it. So in hot day drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. A wierd body odor recent in origin might happen due to change in environment to a hot and humid place, taking nutritional supplements, decreased hydration, change in soaps or sprays, change in dietary habits, etc. Right now you can use an antibacterial soap which contains triclosan or tea tree oil. Regular use of deodorant spray containing aluminium, zinc salt, zirconium will help. Use of non sensitizing anti bacterial agents like fusidic acid topically can be helpful. Using an absorptive powder is also advisable. If all these measures are not able to help you after a regular use for two weeks, then I recommend you to consult your dermatologist to rule out any infections, liver or renal disorder and to give you stronger prescription medicines.
