I am having pcos. I am not getting periods regularly and I have some dark hair on face means little hirsutism. My height is abt 5'4 and weight is abt 50 or 51. I also want to gain weight. Hello, kindly follow following advises 1. drink lot of water 2. you can use good quality neem soap like Himalaya 3. Wear proper washed cloth 4. you can use god quality Telcom or Deodorant 5. Dry your towel completely and change in 4-5 days 6. Hello, Doctor I am here to ask you that if there is any problem when our heart rate per minute is 100 above (like 106, 110) at normal stage?

1. (increase heart rate) has to be investigated by doing ecg, echo, thyroid function test etc after consulting physician 2. If all reports are normal it could be due to sinus tachycardia, which is a normal finding in some people.

I do not sleep at night. Mostly I sleep late. Should for whatever effort will not sleep. Quietly lying on the bed, but sleep will not come Krvte varies. As a result, I always arise late morning. Morning'm not able to walk and no exercise. Any steps that time came up on sleep may leave at the time.

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Consult physician/me for further management

What are the side effects of drinking lemon and honey with warm water in the morning?

There is no side effect of drinking lemon and honey with warm water in early morning. Infact there are several benefit if taken in correct way. Take one full glass filled with warm water, add half lemon into it and one teaspoon of honey and stir it well and drink. If taken in correct proportion then it has several benefits let me share some of them: 1) weight loss - many researches has been done to rule out that drinking warm water, lemon and honey helps to reduce weight loss. 2) relieves from constipation by stimulating digestive system. 3) better digestion. You must have seen many people taken lemon water after taking heavy food in night. It is because lemon helps to digest the food. On the other hand if taken daily early morning, it makes your liver, digestive system strong. Honey also work as an antibacterial so keeps your immune system strong. 4) improves dehydration by cleaning the lymphatic system. Mostly lack of water cause you several illness so lemon honey in warm water flushes all toxins from the body and keeps you healthy. 5) act as a diuretic so helps in cleaning urinary tract. 6) maintain oral hygiene. 7) keeps your skin glow and boost your immunity. There are many other benefits of it. So do not worry and continue with drinking lemon and honey with warm water early morning. HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

Hi my son age 12 years old ,he is having bleeding in stool sigmoidoscopy done report is -e/o 2*1 cm ulceration with erythematous margins. Final impression: rectal ulcer what to do.

I am 28 years female. I have a oily skin. May I use coconut oil for my head regularly. Or if I stop to put oil on my head is there any problem will arise?

Hi, coconut oil use is just meant for grooming hair, other than that it does not have any use, if you stop using it there is no problem at all, infact since you have oily skin it is better to avoid using coconut oil, as it will add further to your oily skin.
