Not really as week before period you will not have any fluid discharge and also abdominal cramp might be due to menstrual cycles however this abdominal cramp is quite common. White discharge is due to weakness and also it is fine to have sex on those fertile days. Eat good iron content food which will help to reduce with the white fluid secretion Cramps during menstrual cylces are quite common or it might due to be anaemic reasons too. However feeling sick, irritated and depressed is also common as it is due to pre menstrual syndrome and for females it also persists longer during periods too. You may not be pregnant as you just then got periods. Check whether the gap is 28 days after you got you cycles. If it had crossed 28 days then it is next cycle then after intercourse you might become pregnant during the fertile days between 11-14 days after periods those are important to conceive. Calculate it properly.

Your tsh is not that much raised that you immediately require thyroxine. I think you should wait. I recommend you to go for kapalbhati pranayam daily for 15 minutes. To start with do for 3-5 minutes and slowly increase up to 15 minutes in 15-20 days. Please take guidance of a yoga professional in the start. The procedure for doing this is to sit in a comfortable crossed leg posture, sukhasana (using padmasana or vajrasana is the best) and keep your back straight. Rest your hands on the knees using gyana mudra or chin mudra. O inhale deeply through your nose, this will expand your abdomen. O exhale using a great force so that your abdominal muscles contract to the maximum o these exhalations are similar to your breath outs, but they should be forceful o make sure while exhaling, the air should be pushed out of your lungs by contracting the diaphragm o after exhalation again do inhalation, but this time without any effort. To do this just relax your lungs, they will automatically expand and fill with air o one cycle of kapalabhati pranayama include one deep inhalation, then forceful exhalation and an effortless inhalation. O a learner can practice up to three rounds, each with 15 exhalations. Small breaks between each round are allowed.

I took first i-pill after unprotected sex ,and 2nd after 60-70 hours.
.What can be the side effects?
It cannot be used as a regular contraceptive method and is quite unhealthy if taken more than twice a month. 3. The pill is to be taken soon after unprotected sex. It should be taken preferably within 24 hours and before 72 hours or else the pill may turn useless.

No, it is not true. The sex of your baby is determined by Sex Chromosomes X or Y during fertilisation. It is not depends on what you eat.

How to Prepare for IVF

MD
IVF Specialist, Delhi
How to Prepare for IVF

Infertility is known to usher a lot of emotional stress in the lives of those who go through it. Often, an overwhelming sense of grief descends upon the couple who try to grapple with the sense of loss. The social and psychological ambience plays a very important role in reconciling one with the harsh reality and prepping one up for a fresh start.

While IVF has proven to be a boon in the lives of many couples, many still take to IVF as the last resort. Another factor that makes the responses about IVF rather ambiguous is the uncertainty of the results. There are numerous factors like failure in embryo attachment or uterine incompatibility that often results in a failed IVF. Therefore, before opting for this surgery, one must be mindful of the consequences.

Some of the ways, one can prepare oneself for IVF have been enlisted below:

  1. Informed choice: Considering IVF is a rather stressful surgery, one needs to be well aware of the stakes. Reading up about the potential risks and the details about the process, helps one to be prepared for the consequences and deal better with the trauma.
  2. Take good care of your intimate relationships: Since IVF tends to take a toll on not just the mother, but also the close family, it is important to maintain a strong bond of trust and compassion in the course of the surgery. Hostility and discordance adds on the stress and sometimes inflict grave health implications upon the mother. It is important to support your partner through the entire journey. You may consider professional counselling too.
  3. Prepare yourself for all possible situations: While the advanced technology aims to minimize any hazard, the results can often be unpredictable. You might want to adequately monitor your cycle in order to anticipate the potential problem areas and the results thereof. You should discuss these with your loved ones to avert excessive stress. It is a good idea to keep oneself productively busy in the due course to avoid anxiety.

If you wish to discuss any other problem, Consult IVF Specialist.
