Dear, actually surgery is treatment of choice for nasal polyps but u can start tab.Cefuroxime 500 mg twice a day, tab.Montair-L daily 1 at bed time and Flomist nasal spray 2 puffs twice a day along with steam inhalation for 2-3 weeks.Get a CT scan done after 1 week of this treatment.U can post CT films here.

I am 36 year old, since 1 year I am feeling noise in my right side ear. After meet with a doctor, he prescribed me some oral medicine. At this time, Noise of my ear is little slow but not cure permanently. Suggest me what to do?

Limit your amount of time that you are exposed to noise. Wear hearing protection (foam earplugs, ear muffs, custom hearing protection) Turn down the volume of your radio, MP3 player, television, etc. Avoid medications that may be harmful to your hearing.

I am 33 year old and feeling unsteadiness on my feet when I reached to office in morning after leaving my bike. The whole day. I am feeling unsteadiness. My blood pressure is normal. Hello, I've been diagnosed with chronic granular pharyngitis 6 days back after I complained for fever and throat pain. I've been religiously following the medicines prescribed by the doctor but my condition hasn't improved a bit. I wake up in the middle of the night with terrible throat pain and fever as high as 104F. The fever is so recurring that I've to take 3-4 calpol a day. Needless to say it's very hard for me to eat or drink anything. Please help me out with a way to get out of this.

Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens . Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks , cold water, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel (Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely.Take plain warm water, Cocunut water, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrus fruits, grapes.Avoid heavy meals, eat small frequent meals.
