I am 16 years old and I have got backache from 2 months. It starts when I constantly sit for 1-2 hours.
Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful usee no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? I am 36 years old male having left knee ache very badly. The pain starts very badly after standing up while doing potty. The pain lasts a moment. After that it vanishes. I do not feel any pain while walking. Please suggest me what to do?

This is typical of meniscus tear. You will need MRI of knee joint. MRI will show actual tear. Treatment will depend accordingly. It's Posterior horn of meniscus

Thats good evertthing is good in your reports. Just start some mobility excercises of joints and walking for 10-20 min .it will help in your pulsating pain also.

I am 27 years old. I have L5-S1 bread based right paracentral posterolateral forminal disc herniation with compression on S1 nerve root, bilateral neural foramina narrowing (R>L), thecal sac compression, spinal canal measures 5 mm. I have been doing physio exercises since 9 months. But still can not sit/stand for long and also can not freely bend forward and move upward after bending. What to do further? I am able to squat slowly without any pain. Should I continue to squat or stop it?

Stop squats. Try to use lumbar belt while bending n walking. Take proper treatment at physio clinic with traction n review your exercises as it's been long time your doing that. Call me for further discussion.

Your symptoms are called as paresthesias and could be of spinal origin, although other causes may also be there. Please tell me whether you have back pain, and any other neurological symptoms like radiating leg pain, numbness, paraesthesias (electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I use to jog everyday. For the last two weeks my thigh muscle is paining when I run. Am guessing it was muscle cramps. If so what to do to overcome that?

I suggest you keep walking for few days till the muscle strengthens. After that every alternative day, try running. And tell me how you feel.

I was playing cricket while batting my knee got twisted and from that I can not straight my knee 100 percent of I am trying to straight or give pressure on me knee to stand or walk it is painful and I consulted general physician and he medical it is not so severe it will be ligament grade 1 or 2 tear and take rest it will be okay is it is like that or it is something series can you please help me wat to do.

Hello dear as you told, you have to take precautions and apply ice pack 10-to 15 minutes, daily for 10 days appx. And after this hot pack. Avoid extra pressure. Start Physiotherapy treatment also, for 3to4 wks. Minimum regular. Good luck.

Your pain in acute phase ,if you have not swelling you should go with paraffin wax for couple of weeks .give you relax a lot.
