I am having headache particularly in the evenings between. 7 pm to 12 pm. currently I am working in night shifts since 2 months but never had headache like this its like headache is in just half part right side of my head and also when I cough or touch right side it pains alot. When I take counter medicins like nicip plus, it does relive me. But again the second day headache starts again. I do not know the reason if I am not getting the right amount of sleep or my food cycle is disturbed as I am not eating proper 3 time meal or is this because of summer. Please advice me with the same. And I did not had any signs of migraine either.

Your headache needs evaluation as it could be just a migraine variant precipitated by lack of sleep or irregular food habits or there might be some pathology in your brain. Consult a pain specialist or neurologist in your city for detailed evaluation and investigation like MRI. Meanwhile follow these tips to help you avoid headache. 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Excess analgesics itself could cause headache (Medication Overuse Headace). So avoid excessive self medication with analgesics.

Eat 1 tsp white raw seasme in the morning everyday. Apply castor oil and coconut oil mixture in ratio 1/2 ie 2 parts coconut oil and 1 part castor oil on scalp thrice a week keep overnight and wash in the morning avoid salty, sour food.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Just try some Natural home remedies are - 1. Rose water and glycerin- Glycerin draws water to your body and has a cooling, hydrating effect on the skin. Mix glycerin with rose water and apply on the body for natural moisturizing effects. 2. Honey - Pamper your body with honey, which is a natural moisturizer, anti-microbial and anti-oxidant ingredient. Heat two teaspoons of honey and apply it on the itchy areas. Leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off. Honey traps moisture in your skin. Its anti-oxidant properties repairs the damaged skin 3. Oil- Oil is thick and provides effective protection against winter itch rashes. You can either use olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil to massage on your body after bath. If you have few extra minutes, heat the oil and then apply on the body. Make sure not to drench yourself in the oil to avoid stickiness. Just use the required amount of oil for the body. This method can also be used after evening showers before going to the bed. This is one of the effective winter itch home remedies. 4. Malai (Milk Cream) - Malai or milk cream is an age-old technique used to treat dry skin in winter. To soothe winter itch, mix two teaspoons of milk cream with a teaspoon of milk and a squeeze of lime juice. Apply this mixture on the dry and itchy areas of the body and wash it off after 30 minutes. For those who do not mind the smell of malai, they can simply rub it on the affected parts and leave it overnight. In morning, you will wake up to well-moisturised, soft and supple skin. 5. Oatmeal - A natural exfoliant and moisturiser, oatmeal is rich in vitamin E which retains moisture in the skin by forming a barrier. Grind one cup of oatmeal into a fine powder. Add a little water to the oatmeal powder to form a thick paste. Apply this mixture on the itchy skin, cover it with a cloth and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash it off with normal water. Do this daily to prevent skin itchiness. 6. Dry Fruits- Dry fruits such as almond, cashew and raisin retain moisture in the skin and effectively helps in treating extremely dry skin. Hence, make it a point to include them in your diet for quick winter itch relief. FOR preventing DRY SKIN - 1.Prevent HOT baths and showers from making dry skin worse 2.Apply moisturizer immediately after washing 3.Use MOISTURIZER 4. It may be calcaneal spur. Or tendoachilis inflammation. Homoeopathic medicine like Kali Bich, ledum Pal, bryonia, Sepia, Ignatia etc. Have very good effect on it. But need more details to choose the best out of them. You may try taking kali bich 30 3 doses. Consultation is advisable.

Hi Get an Ultrasound. If all fine you can take a prescribed pain killer and repeat it 8 hrly if needed.
