Initially just keep your legs in luke warm water with salt added in it for atleast 15-20 mins. You will feel better and you need to reduce your weight. As it tends to put more load on weight-bearing joints as well as not good for diabetic patients too. And then if it still persists then consult a homeopath for further medications. Take care.

This form of low back pain is amplified with periods of stress, poor posture, weak abdominals and/or excessive body weight. There are many exercises that should be performed to address the issue of back pain. These exercises try to relieve both the tightness and imbalances in the lumbar spine. Please consult a Physiotherapist privately to learn these exercises. Here are a few simple tips to try at home: -heat therapy can provide both pain relief and healing benefits for many types of lower back pain. Try use heat therapy in form of heating pads, heat wraps, hot baths, etc. -Keep moving and keep your back mobile. -Stretch. Don't sit slumped in your desk chair all day. Get up every 20 minutes or so and stretch the other way. Because most of us spend a lot of time bending forward in our jobs, it's important to stand up and stretch backward throughout the day. -Think ergonomically. Design your workspace so you don't have to hunch forward to see your computer monitor or reach way out for your mouse. Use a desk chair that supports your lower back and allows you to keep your feet planted firmly on the floor. -Watch your posture. Slumping makes it harder for your back to support your weight. Be especially careful of your posture when lifting heavy objects. Never bend over from the waist. Instead, bend and straighten from the knees. -Watch your weight. Use diet and exercise to keep your weight within a healthy range for your height. Being overweight puts excess stress on your spine. Go and see a Doctor if -Your low back pain is severe, doesn't go away after a few days, or it hurts even when you're at rest or lying down. You have weakness or numbness in your legs, or you have trouble standing or walking. You lose control over your bowels or bladder. These could be signs that you have a nerve problem or another underlying medical condition that needs to be treated.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Neck advice hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Back advice. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Sir actually I have a bed in my room and the bed is made up of 2 plywoods. An one damage in my bed that the one plywood among the plywoods are still break and one plywood is upper side and second plywood is lower side. The problems is occurs from last 3 months that in the bed the the small pain in my backbone in lower side of backbone where hips are located. Hello. Firstly you have to do a x-ray lumber spine. You may be suffering from lumber spondylosis or like these conditions. Sleep on steep surface. Give some warmth to lumber region 2 times/day. Also do not try any lumber exercises on your own. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times regular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Take Sound sleep at night. Do not sleep during day. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance & medicines needed.

Hello dear hard work never short cut so you have to do heavy cardiac exercise like walk, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc and also deight control. Its a long term program so increase it gradually but continue you found results after a year. So keep patience and start up from today. Best wishes.

This is normal and it will improve with time but I will certainly recommend you a homoeo medicine to take along with and i think it will surely help you in long term tonicard ( sbl ) 20 drops twice daily in 20 ml fresh water for 1 year and report me thereafter.

Hello lybrate user, bad posture may not cause a deformity or may not even affect your immediate sporting activities. But tends to cause a lot of clinical problems like back pain, slip disc, early degenerative arthritis of the spine, etc. The only solution is to make a conscious effort from your side to sit as straight as possible, not sitting for long times, intermittent rest and stretching when sitting continuously for long periods, use of a chair with good back rest. I would also suggest you to consult a physiotherapist for back strengthening exercises. Hope this helps.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

It is common if you sleep on same side too long. Start doing some exercises. Do some stretches daily. I am sure this will improve. If the biceps pain is accompanied with pain in chest, consult cardiologist immediately. If the biceps pain persists even after exercises you may consult neurologist to rule out any muscular dystrophy. Thank you ! I hope I helped you.
