Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Constant cold for last two three years is suggestive of either allergy to something in your surrounding or low immunity. I suggest you get your allergy test done. Also low vitamin d levels can cause leg pain and lower your immunity. Please get your blood checked for vitamin d3 levels.

Hello, wrist pain can be of many reason. At this young and dynamic age it mostly because of biomechanical positional fault. Thus, it can be effectively dealt by an orthopedic physiotherapist who can give you immediate relief by coreecting the positional fault. But at the same time, other reasons behind the pain have to be ruled out. In the mean time you can apply ketoplast pain plaster at he painful area for 24 hours. Hope it helps. Thanks.

Hello. Yes, driving for so long can cause pain in back, because your back muscles are continuously working for long time and you start experiencing pain. Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Do regular back exercises. Get back to me thereafter.

Ya it's treatment to avoid continue pressure on coccyx bone tail bone. Please make pillow rounds pillow like tube or tyre. That better help you.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. Inform after 10 days for further guidance.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital X RAYS of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. 5 surya namaskar in proper methods per day consult orthopedic. Change the sitting posture. Straight to chair seat, change the seating every 10 minutes as comfortable.

I am 34 years old and in last 4 months, I had 4 gout attack (Dec 24, Feb 8, Mar 1) on my right leg toe. Since last one month (Mar 5) I am taking Allopurinol 100mg as prescribed by my doctor for 3 months (daily 1 tablet). After starting this tablet around Mar 14th again I got Gout attack. Its already 20 days over, but that bulges on the toe has not gone completely it has reduced a bit not going completely. And because of this I am not able to walk fast or jog, can’t even wear shoe because it pains. Did 2 blood test once in Dec and then in Mar in both Uric Acid level is normal. Since Jan I have controlled by food habits as well no red meat, no shell fishes no alcohol, no soda based drinks, regularly drinking 3 litres of water. Need your suggestion how to reduce the swelling caused by this gout attack and to avoid in future so I can run and wear show freely. Thanks in advance.

Hi If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and for pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and also take physiotherapy treatment till recovery.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

put your foot in hot water for a while for pain in foot.and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night. welcome in lybrate
