So what can I do.
Just because years sperm quantity is less doesn't mean anything even a few drops of semen contains millions of sperms. The length of the penis has nothing to do your quantity of semen ejaculated.

Ayurveda believes in digestion not into giving heavy food for weight gain. According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana.

Please go for Ultrasound abdomen to rule out possibility of PCOD ( Polycytic ovarian disease).If PCOD then get her treated,everything will be ok with time.Conult me with ultrasound report.

I am a student and I am 19 years old my question is that I want to gain some weight and fat. So what should I do?
To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Chapatti contains carbohydrates. Which give you energy but for proper growth and body building you need good amount of protein.it look like you also have problem of indigestion. Yoga and proper diet will help you to increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Here is some tips Don’t starve yourself –Rather than not eating anything or on fasting, people should eat small frequent meals. 2. Eat proteins daily-Include protein rich food in your diet on daily basis that give satiety or feeling of fullness to maintain healthy weight. Some protein rich sources are milk and milk products, chicken, fish, eggs, legumes, pulses etc. 3. Eat fiber rich diet-Fiber gives bulk to the food and maintains hunger pangs which helps to burn fat in the body. 4. Be hydrated-Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water ,Simple RO water is recommended over other drinks such as-fruit juices, soft drinks, hard drinks. 5. Include green tea-drink green tea daily to help in losing weight and it will helps in water retention also. 6. Choose carbohydrate wisely-choose complex CHO over simple CHO to lose weight. 7. Choose unsaturated fat over saturated fat for cooking. For example-choose olive, rice bran oil over ghee, butter. 8. Avoid processed ,fatty food. 9.
