Masturbation is normal process, its not any side effect and not effect on your future . approx 95% of males in the world during lifetime. Most of the boys when enter in age of adolescent around 15 years, they learn and start doing masturbation. It continues up to marriage. Even after marriage when wife is away or pregnant, they do it. So don't worry. u do masturbation as your requirement.

For the first six months of your pregnancy (firstand second trimesters), you won't need to have more calories than you did before you became pregnant. That's about 2,000 calories a day.  However, during the last three months of your pregnancy (third trimester), you will need an extra 200 calories a day, making a total of about 2,200 calories a day.  Bear in mind that we're all different shapes and sizes, and some of us are more active than others. So any recommendation about the amount of calories you need when you're pregnant is based on averages.  The number of calories you need while you are pregnant depends on:your heightyour body mass index (BMI)how active you arehow effectively you burn calories However, you may need to adjust your calorie intake if you are expecting twins or more, or if before you were pregnant:your BMI was 19 or under (underweight)your BMI was 25 or over (overweight) midwife will record your weight at your first antenatal appointment. She can also tell you what a healthy weight gain in pregnancy would mean for you.  To help you to get your calorie increase right in your third trimester, each of these healthy choices has about 200 calories:A small, toasted pitta, filled with a tablespoon of reduced-fat hummus and grated carrot, followed by three dried apricots.A small bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk, and an apple.Two slices of wholegrain bread, with a tablespoon of cottage cheese.A low-fat yoghurt with six almonds.Two slices of malt loaf, without spread. Being pregnant may sometimes make youcrave fatty and sugary food. You shouldn't go hungry, but try to get the balance right. Giving in to the odd packet of crisps is fine. The rest of the time, try to have healthy snacks between meals.  These tips will help you to feel full, while keeping your calorie count under control:Eat breakfast every day. If you feel sick in the morning, try nibbling dry toast or crackers when you wake up. Ask your partner to bring you something before you get out of bed, and then eat the rest of your breakfast later in the morning.Help to control your appetite by eating high-fibre foods, drinking plenty of water, andtaking regular exercise. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.Keep healthy foods to hand. A fruit bowl filled with apples, bananas, peaches, oranges and grapes makes it easy to grab a healthy snack. Physical symptoms of stress include: •Low energy. •Headaches. •Upset stomach, including diarrhoea, constipation and nausea. •Aches, pains, and tense muscles. •Chest pain and rapid heartbeat. •Insomnia. •Frequent colds and infections. •Loss of sexual desire and/or ability. STRESS CONTROL There are many ways to tame your stress and keep it at bay. Here are 20 tips to tame your stress today, and keep the stress monsters at bay. 1.Perform diaphragmatic or deep breathing exercises. 2.Lie face down on the floor and begin breathing deeply and slowly, with your hands resting under your face. Do this for five minutes. 3.Sit in a reclining chair. Put a hand on your abdomen and a hand on your chest. As you breathe, make sure the hand on your abdomen is moving up and down rather than one on your chest. If the hand on your abdomen is moving you are breathing deeply and slowly. 4.Try progressive muscle relaxation or “deep muscle” relaxation. Progressively tense and relax each muscle group in your body. Learn the difference between muscle tension and relaxation. 5.Meditate. Use visualization or imagery to help you learn to be one with your thoughts. Sit quietly with your eyes closed, imagining the sights, sounds and smells of your favorite place, such as a beach or mountain retreat. 6.Exercise regularly or take up yoga. 7.Consult a psychologist about the use of biofeedback 8.Make time for music, art or other hobbies that help relax and distract you. 9.Learn to identify and monitor stressors. Come up with an organized plan for handling stressful situations. Be careful not to overgeneralize negative reactions to things. 10.Make a list of the important things you need to handle each day. Try to follow the list so you feel organized and on top of things. Put together a coping plan step by step so you have a sense of mastery.

Preparation for Cesarean Delivery The gynecologist will first explain the need for a C-section, and the mother has to sign a consent form A midwife or an obstetrician will be assigned to the mother before delivery An epidural may be given to the mother to numb any pain. In rare cases, a general anesthetic is given. Procedure of Cesarean Delivery A catheter is then inserted into the mother’s urethra to drain urine during the surgery, and an IV is introduced (for fluids and medications) Antibiotics may be given through the IV to prevent any infection post birth The surgeon will then make a small horizontal incision above the pubic bone, and work through the tissue underneath till the uterus is reached. At this point, the doctor will most likely perform a horizontal incision in the lower section of the uterus The baby is then pulled out and the cord is cut The baby is handed over to either parent while the incision is stitched up Post Procedure The mother will be taken to the recovery room, where she will be closely monitored for a few hours The baby will be handed over to the mother for breastfeeding.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.
