Hi, There is an old-age saying - “Be happy and make others happy!” Follow this in your life and you will see the difference! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4 hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne.So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily.Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse.if you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric.Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. You must understand premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one minute continuously with the same partner for over six months. Are you married? Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner would like. Premature ejaculation is a common problem which happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of people. After confirming that these are not due to diabetics, hypertension or any other organic problems, for this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) or fluoxetine (Prozac, Sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. If SSRIs don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor may prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (Anafranil). I don't see any requirement of medicines for you. I suggest online sex therapy. Take care.

Yes your body structure can be regained you need to take good diet, I am giving you brief idea about daily diet eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals morning: breakfast: never skip breakfast, I am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast with butter + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal or a bowl oats/porridge or stuffed parathas/upma/poha mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts or fruit juice lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables, you can add half tsf desi ghee + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of full cream yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad evening snack: vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / or milkshake like banana milk shake night dinner: same as lunch can avoid rice or 2 toast with roast / grilled or baked potatoes or veg sandwich / grilled veg burger (paneer) a glass of milk before going to sleeping consult for further management.

I am 27 years old. Almost my all friends got job in a MNC or government job. I also want to do hard work to attain success, but I am unable to concentrate on studies. Let me share my past, I did b.tech in mechanical engineering in 2012, then after I left my home and went to my seniors room for 2 years did nothing there, smoked weed, alcohol etc. Then after I got a job by someones reference in mechanical and worked for 1.5 years. After that I left the job. Because it was too irritating, no timings and salary only 10k a month. After that I got a call from my friend, he told me about a job as an android developer. I started working. Now I completed 1 year. Now a days I am unable to remember anything. I do study and forgot. What should I do. I am loosing my confidence. Almost lost my confidence. Kindly guide. Hello lybrate-user It happens. It has happened with me too. I was never brilliant like you, I was always very average. I managed to keep my scores as per my parent’s expectations. Throughout my teens I had planned that I would join the army, but when the time came I couldn’t. I just couldn’t. Not because I chickened out but because of some ailment that struck me at that time. Moreover, I had a well paying job so the burning passion and will to join the army slowly faded. When I was preparing myself to join the army, I had somehow become very brave and fearless. I started behaving like as if I can conquer anything in this world. My thought process had changed and though I wasn’t a very intelligent person, my analytical skills had improved. In my head I was to become the best cadet my country had ever seen which is why I was training myself to become the best. But once I realized that the dream is unlikely to come true, all the intelligence and daredevilry started to get diluted. I slowly started to lose the courage that I had built all these years. The fears that I had overcome during that phase all came back to me and I became the same old me. Whenever I would try to do things that I did back then, I would just fail. I couldn’t understand how to get that fearlessness in me again. I realized that I had lost my confidence. I was no longer the valiant soldier that I thought I was and that struck me hard. Now since I had planned to join the army and sadly things didn’t really work out, I was left stranded. I had no back up plan for my career. My friends were all pursing professional courses and I was left with nothing but a monotonous job. Then one day I pondered really hard over my situation and thought of the one thing that I enjoyed doing the most. Writing popped up in my head even before I could complete the question to myself. And I thought that there’s no use following the herd and holding a degree that every Tom Dick and Harry does. Let’s do something relying on my talent. Even though my first job was totally into finance, it did involve some writing and that was what gave the kick start to this new journey of mine. I got myself a degree that would validate my writing skills. And today, I am working as a writer with a company and trust me I am getting paid almost as much as the MBA's. Despite spending so much on a professional course like MBA my colleagues are getting paid just 1k or 2k more than me. No doubt I sometimes look at my own siblings and feel that a career in finance could have fetched me more that what I get today but I know the facade of liking and working in a field you don’t enjoy working in will definitely die down one day. I’ll narrate one incident here. In my office my colleague once asked me about my siblings and I said that my elder sister is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and my younger brother is preparing for his CA exams. My colleague then casually asked me that why I didn’t pursue the same. I clearly stated that I hated Maths and would never do something that would involve me dealing with numbers. Though my answer was 100% true still somewhere inside me I felt why didn’t I also do CA? If I work hard may be I could have crossed all the levels and slowly I would’ve started to like the profession. Days passed and that thought would constantly bother me. Not that I hate my job, I love what I do, but I don’t know why I felt so. Then one day, I was assigned a task wherein I had to explain a simple mathematical solution through writing. The writing part went smoothly, but when it came to calculation….Oh boy! I started to sweat in a fully air-conditioned room. The calculation was for children aged 13-14 years but I just couldn’t figure out what was to be done. Luckily, the person sitting besides me noticed my nervousness and asked me what the matter was, I explained it to him and he offered to explain the calculations to me. It hardly took him 5 minutes to complete the full solution. I thanked him and he left for the day. When I got back to my work I couldn’t help laughing at myself just then I though in my mind, “Baby….you are so much in the right field”. I hadn’t really chosen this field, the field chose me and I cannot thank God enough to have guided me to where I am today. Whichever field you choose for yourself, just make sure that you really like that work and you won’t mind working hard in that field. But do make a choice asap, do not waste time trying to figure out your best possible deal. If you are still confused then just take a leap of faith (like I did) and get into whichever field that comes to your mind first, have faith in your God and move forward in the direction that life leads you. Trust me if you work hard, with utmost sincerity you efforts will surely be rewarded. AND FOR THE CONFIDENCE BOOST UP YOU CAN TRY THESE THINGS: Just as I am sure that self confidence is important I am also sure that you have been trying to find useful tips that really work without any luck. 10 killer tips for building self confidence Identify the problematic areas: You might be very confident at one area of your life (example: browsing the web) and totally not confident in another area (example public speaking). The first step for building self confidence is knowing which areas need to be improved. Identity the missing skills: Lets suppose your problem was with public speaking. In such a case the main reason you don't feel confident doing it is because you lack certain skills (for example: knowing how to use body language to appear confident, how to select the right words that grab people's attention and how to control fear and anxiety while performing). Acquire the missing skills: After you identity the missing skills you need to start learning them one by one until you master them. Get exposed to your fears once again: After you acquire the missing skills start repeating the things that you previously didn't feel confident about. The main goal behind this step is to prove to your subconscious mind that you are now way better than you were before Fix your perception errors: Most people don't see reality but they just see a version that matches their beliefs (for example: people were laughing at me because I am a boring person). When you Learn how to filter these perception errors your confidence level will start rising on its own The only person you need to impress: In order to believe you are worthy the only person you need to impress is your subconscious mind. The more you do things right (after acquiring the needed skills the more will your subconscious mind believe that you are worthy.) Read about rejection psychology: Yes brilliant people, good looking ones and those who are really good get rejected. You just didn't know it! check out those articles for more information: Does rejection mean you are ugly and Do good people get rejected Keep a compliment journal: Whenever you get a genuine compliment write it down in the compliment journal. Read this journal at least once a week. Beliefs become stronger when you repeat them but this happens only when you repeat things that you believe in Affirmations don't work unless: Your subconscious mind will refuse to accept affirmations if the beliefs you were repeating weren't convincing. In other words, if you believe you have low confidence then repeating an affirmation such as "i am confident" will actually harm your self esteem GOD BLESS YOU.

Hello. There are multiple causes responsible for diminution/ blurring of vision. Let me enumerate them in brief for you: (1) refractive error. This is one of the commonest reasons responsible. Minus or plus number in one eye or both eyes may be responsible for weak/ blurred vision. The solution for this is glasses/ contact lens/ refractive surgery (if applicable). It should be checked by a trained optometrist/ ophthalmologist and proper glasses should be prescribed. (2) cornea related problem: injury, degeneration, infections or inflammation occurring on the cornea tend to causes loss of transparency and lead to weakening of vision. These should be assessed preferably by a cornea specialist and treated appropriately. (3) cataract in the lens of the eye: this usually occurs with increasing age but in some cases may occur at a younger age. There are multiple systemic factors responsible (eg. Diabetes, increased cholesterol levels, etc) injury to the eye may also cause cataract. This should be assessed and treated appropriately by a cataract specialist. (4) retina/ vitreous problems: these occur due to a variety of reasons such as high minus numbers, diabetes, trauma, etc. These issues are best assessed and treated by a retina specialist. There are good quality surgical options available for the same. (5) optic nerve related problems: these may occur due to raised eye pressure (glaucoma), or occur in association with certain conditions related to the brain and the blood vessels. These are best assessed by a retina/ glaucoma specialist (whichever applicable). (6) neurological problems: certain problems in the brain and the central nervous system tend to cause weakening/ blurring of vision. These are best assessed by an eye specialist in concordance with a neurologist and a neurosurgeon if required. I am suffering from osmf because I was taking gutkha and occasional cigarettes for 8 years now I left everything for good from 4th July 2015. But I get blood in my saliva sometimes if I talk too much for the whole day in my school and private tuitions I am taking colostrum capsules. Dentist and oncologist said not a concern because my oral health is superb. What is the problem?

Dear lybrate user, good to know that you've quit the habit. Add a pich of salt to a glass of lukewarm water and rinse your mouth three times daily. Brush gently twice daily with a soft toothbrush to maintain good oral hygiene. Get yourself monitored regularly. Avoid eating heavily fried, extremely hot and spicy food. Consume lots of fluids, water and fruits. Establish a healthy routine by taking out time to exercise and try to stay stress-free. Too much workload is harmful.

Hello.... For lossing weight eat healthy diet.. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, ragi, brown rice, whole wheat bread...... Drink lots of water......... Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat....... If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg........ Stop regular tea.. Prefer green tea.. Take it after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily......... Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym....... Avoid carbohydrate in diet.... Prefer protein..... Avoid junk food and cold drinks.... Avoid sweets and bakery products..... Eat 2 apples daily.. It burns fat very fast..... Avoid mango, banana, cheeku, cheese, extra oil....... For healthy hair protein rich diet is good........ oiling is must for hair atleast twice a week before head bath..... use mild shampoo........ you can apply curd on hair once a week...... I am in a habit of masturbating daily? What should I do to stop this? Can this be a reason for stop in my height?
Dear Lybrate user. Many people think that they are ADDICTED to masturbation, where as they are actually just used to masturbate regularly and can not quit easily. Addiction is problematic and being used to is not, though there is only a thin line separating both. Masturbation is not harmful as long as it is not an addiction. We need to determine if you are addicted or just used to. Sex thoughts, Sex addiction, masturbation addiction, porn films addiction etc comes under behavior addiction. Behavioral addiction is a form of addiction that involves a compulsion to engage in a rewarding non-drug-related behavior – sometimes called a natural reward – despite any negative consequences to the person's physical, mental, social or financial well-being. Behavior addiction needs to be curbed or controlled using your own self will power. Diverting your mind and body away from the circumstances which compels you for the addictive habit, with the help of physical exercises, games, entertainment etc can help you. Never sleep alone. Be always with your family even at night etc are some other tips. Willpower is the key always. Behavioral therapy also works well. Take care.

Is there any white discharge or not. If yes then you hv to be taken treatment for this ailment. If not then check your calcium and vitamin d3 then after medication will be prescribed accordingly. For a time being you can apply voveron gel and hot n dry fomentation twice a day. Avoidance to forward bending, cross leg sitting, heavy weight lifting. Jerk movements etc.
