Hi, you may start with Hair 4 U 5% lotion 1ml twice daily over the scalp for 2 months only and then switch to 2% lotion for good hair growth. Sometimes there cxan be increase in facial hair with 5% lotion. Be careful.

Please take following medicine:- Dr. Reckeweg's r - 89 is used both drinking and applicable. Drinking - 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Application - put 10 to 15 drops on cotton and gradually massage on affected area. Revert back after one month with feedback.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. I have sudden discoloration of my lower legs half way up to my calf. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure. The discoloration seems to be clotted blood in thin lines. What is it?

Dear, discoloration of lower legs occurs: due to lack of arterial blood supply towards lower limb. Due to improper blood circulation towards lower legs dead cell collect there and blackness occurs. To treat this problem, * do massage your lower limb in upward direction slowly with mustard oil. * dip your lower limb in lukewarm water for 3 to 4 minutes. * maintain your bp and sugar in normal level or range. * do regular walk for 10 minutes. * take less amount of ghee, butter. * avoid drinking and smoking completely.

I' m loosing hairs. There is dirt stick to my scalp I hv used almost all shampoo and oil but no effect what can I do?

Dear Lybrate User, Hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) Shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) Under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) Effects of Radio therapy or Chemotherapy. 4) Nutritional deficiencies. 5) Autoimmune diseases. Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

He is my grand father, he is about 90 years old and he has dibetese and heart disease from many years. He is under treatment. The queston is from 3 to 4 days his feet swelled. What is its cause either it is from disease or ankle sprain.

kindly apply neelibhringadi oil for massage over the scalp. Take amalaki rasayana tabs, 3 tabs twice a day, empty stomach. Take hairtonz tabs, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Apply cow's ghee nasal drops, 2 drops thrice a day in each nostrils, before meals. Cut down sugar, salt, tea, spicy food in your diet. Take liquuid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal, veggie soup in your diet regularly. Continue the regime for 2 months. Good luck

I have lot of dot sized flat moles on my face. But these moles changes their shed with time. Now a days suddenly all my moles are getting darker and darker. Earlier they were quite light in shade. I have noticed such change earlier also, when they get darker at times and lighter at other times. So any treatment to reduce over pigmentation of my moles except wearing sunscreen as I do not go in sun ever. please suggest me some medicine or ointment for reducing over pigmentation of my moles?

The adage you are familiar with goes quite like, "all's well that ends well". However, when it comes to food and nutrition, the way you start your day is of considerable importance. Nutritionists, dieticians and doctors, in general, have repeatedly laid stress on the fact that breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. The reason behind such a prescription is simple; your body is provided with a light dinner sometime late in the evening. Dinner happens to be the last meal of the day.
