Masturbation is harmful for any body you will run out your sexual strength if you kept continue in future may disturb your married life now this problem can be solved with following techniques. 1.do yoga exercises regularly which increase your blood in body particular to those organs involved in sex.in addition 2-eat healthy nutritious diet like fresh green salad with meal 1 tomato 1 onion 1 cucumber daily use 3.avoid fried food like chicken fish egg spicy food 4-drink warm milk before sleep consisting with walnuts or dry dates 5-may take ayurvedic remedies for fast effective result 6-stop masturbation don't watch porn video 8-do abdominal crunches, leg raises, push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 9-do kegel exercises daily.

My aunt had her uterus removal since 10 months. After the removal now she has incision hernia and doctors advice surgery and said they will repair it using some kind of gauge. They said there are different kinds of gauges available we want to know that what type of gauge will be suitable and how much expenses required tentative. Pls help.

Hi. First of all you should understand that only treatment of hernia is surgery. Mesh is placed (not gauge) during surgery to prevent recurrence. Mesh size depends upon hernia defect and type of mesh is decided on the basis of surgery performed. You can go for open conventional surgery which should cost around 30000 including prolene mesh or you can opt for laparoscopic repair which will be costly as mesh used here is expensive (starting from 25000) making surgery cost around 80000.

I have dns - deviated nasal septum, should I go for any surgery to remove it or go for any medication? will homeopathy work in this case? and someone told me to do yoga breathing exercise, is that helpful?

Dns (deviated nasal septum. As the name suggests, its obvious that there is deviation of septum. Septum is made of bone & cartilage parts, so again it is obvious that it can not be made straight by any of the medicine on earth. Surgery is must for correction if symptoms present. Symptom less dns has no role of surgery except cosmetic reason. Thanks.

I am 55 years male, and having allergy & sinusitis (getting frequent sneezes and head ache) problem for the past 15 to 20 years. I have tried allopathy, homeopathy & ayurvedic treatments for the above ailment but could find permanent solution for this problem. I was advised surgery and I am avoiding it for the past 2 to 3 years and using'avil-25' most frequently and getting temporary relief. Pl suggest any permanent solution to me.

It is possible that you have what is known a allergic Rhinitis. It is not a serious illness but at the most an inconvenience. It is going to stay with you and it's better to accept and adapt than try some weird remedies. Surgery is out of question. Ask your doctor if a nasal spray of local steroid and an anti-allergy medication will help you and get a prescription from him.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

I am taking eptoin 400 mg per day with folic acid. Some time when I take vitamin tab with this dose my pee turns into green. During this when I drink huge amount of water it become white. So what is the reason of green pee?

Green colour of urine could be due to high dose of b complex including folic acid. Don't worry about it. Avoid taking high dose of b complex tablets with folic acid.

I am 52 years old. My insulin (novomix penfill) intake 32units in the night and 28 units in the morning along with zoryl m4 forte in the night and klobizide 5/500 day time. And my sugar levels are 125 fasting and 180 post prandial. How to reduce the medication. My body wt is 86 kgs.

Dear , your bmi is 25.7 which makes you slightly overweight. This increases a insulin resistance and thus will play a role in keeping your blood sugar high. A proper measure for knowing and managing your diabetes will be to ensure a hba1c below 6.5%. Regarding diet, we indians have high carbohydrate diet. You have to closely observe your plate and you can come up with a better diet plan for yourself. To simplify it, identify the items which are carb rich in your plate and try to compensate the same with protein and fibres, for eg cut down a roti and increase sabji, dal or salad. To have a better control you can do a monthly self glucose monitoring 3 times a day and keep a track of your food with it. Check fasting sugar, sugar one hour prior your lunch and 2 hrs post lunch, and note down the details of your breakfast and lunch items. Modify as per my earlier suggestions and within a week you will see your blood sugar level responding. Best of luck.
