As per your words it seems that due to over masturbation causing your frequent urination. You may follow under mention steps do not worry further I am giving some tips adopt them in life do consistently will see the changes soon as you want them. Do not let constipation and gas ,acidity type of problem. Take laxative powder or tablet if consition is so. 1- leave masturbation if do 2- do not watch pron movies. 3- take nutritious and healthy diet 4- avoid fast food, spicy,and oily food. 5- may take ayurvedic medicine for strengthening your sexual strength to a grater level. 6- do abdominal crunches, leg raises ,push ups 20 nos each and yoga. 7- add up salad as staple in your food. 8- kegel exercises.9- dissmiss all unntatural sexual acts.

Lose Weight Tips: 1. Drink more water - Having more water rids your body of toxins and makes you feel full before meals, therefore cutting down your food intake. Overall, without enough water, all our body functions slow down so whether you’re trying to lose weight or not, make sure you drink enough water everyday.
2. Drink tea (green tea with lemon)- this will fill you up, increase your metabolism and cleans up your body inside out! A great way to lose fat as long as you don’t have too much sugar to go with it.
3. Eat more protein - doing so will increase your metabolism and help with muscle recovery post-workouts. If you can, have a source of protein in every meal.
4. Increase your fiber - the more fiber you have, the more full you will feel. This will help you escape the urge to succumb to or even have bad food cravings.
5. Do full body exercises - to ensure that you're burning fat in your entire body without leaving an area behind.
6. Eat more vegetables and fruits - these are filled with tons of natural sugars, fibers and proteins that will keep you full but are low in calories.

I think that you are having panic attacks with palpitations. You are overacting to the fear of rejection. This may have come from actually being rejected at sometime early in your life, and as well as too much authority exercised over you at home. There is normal fear for everyone about public speaking and some to interviews. But to have this level of reaction is because of poor self-image and self-esteem. One immediate thing you can do is to place your index finger on your closed lips and blow into your cheeks to build back pressure into your throat. You are to hold this for 10 seconds and within that time your heart will slow down to a lower level and make you calm immediately. You can repeat this every time you experience these panic attacks. It will help tremendously to meet with a counselor and deal with all your fears and reactions to that emotion with healthy responses. In the meantime please do vigorous exercise of the aerobic kind for the heart? s fitness; meditation for the brain? s fitness; sleep for a well rested mind and body; and a diet with lots of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.

Dear lybrate user, you may be suffering from a clinical condition called phimosis. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) buy any local anaesthetic gel (e. G. Lidocaine, lignocaine, xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) after application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)
