You may be having this problem due to many reasons. One of the common cause being writer's cramp. If you have to do lot of writing. Try to take a break in between use a thick pen vitamin e may help. Get yourself examined.

Kindly show me x rays of shoulder & arm rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure he is not allergic to any of the medicines he is going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hello, it is natural to get belly fat when you are on complete bed rest. -drink warm water instead of cold. -drink warm water with lemon every morning, -cut your daily calorie intake by 25% in a way that your body does not feel weak.(example, make healthy substitutes for unhealthy snacks or eat steamed rice instead of pulav etc.) -do kapal bhati for ten minutes every evening, it comes under pranayam, is a breathing process that will help you loose belly fat.

Hi . Sorry to hear that your mother has cml. It is a type of blood cancer that starts in certain blood-forming cells of the bone marrow. Here a large number of immature cells from the bone marrow circulate in the blood cause the disease. Treatment is generally good with tki's or tyrosine kinase inhibitors. Around 60-80% of patients live beyond five years with good treatment. Of course this depends on the stage of the cancer.

Do Take An X ray of leg and do if Musculoskeletal USG or MRi to rule out the cause of pain and lump and consult Neuro Physician or Neuro physiotherapist best wishes

Hi, I'm asking about my friend. He was dancer. He met with small accident when he was practicing gymnastics.(before 5 yrs) it didn't hurt that much. But after 2 years he was unable to practice dance & all. & He left dance. But now a days it's hurting so much. Not only hands entire left hand portion. your friend has gone through trauma which has created deep imapct in his life and his career got affected. She should focus on weight control which is pretty much ok and do exercises regularly do build up quadriceps muscles. I personally feel more active life style will help her feel better and lessen her pains. Personally do not feel that medicines really work except pain killers which should be judiciously used. This Is we assume its only ageing osteoarthritis and there is no post injury acute onset that resulted in internal damage to the structures.(meniscus/Ligament ). Get her vitamins checked and encourage exercises.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Try few things for temporary relief of your back pain: -avoid activities that require bending forward at the waist or stooping. -try to avoid lifting objects if at all possible. -sit as little as possible, and only for short periods of time (10 to 15 minutes). -sit with a back support (such as a rolled-up towel) at the curve of your back. -keep your hips and knees at a right angle. (use a foot rest or stool if necessary.) your legs should not be crossed and your feet should be flat on the floor. -Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. “Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful -Strengthen your core. Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. -Apply heating pads to comfort tender trunks. Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Please get help from a physiotherapist for further assessment and management of your back pain.
