Please follow my prescription. 1) Bryonea Album-200. 2) Chininum Sulph-200. In no 30 globules. To be taken four globules every two hourely alternate when you feel relief than you may taken four times in a day before food no 1 and after food no 2 for 10 days and report me the result for next medicine or advise.

It may be due to renal calculi. Or other renal problem you need proper checkup. You need medicine other bodily symptoms can be co related. Take lots of water avoid spicy food. You can try homoeopathic medicine it very effective. It's a case of hematuria.

A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks.

Take cap trichup and capsule growvita. Apply nadia hair oil. Apply phytobright whitening essence cream, also take tables gandhak rasagan.

I am a student and I do workout at gym too but I don't go for protien so without protein n supplements how should I can grow my body naturally?

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress, strain, inadequate sleep, Hypertension, sinusitis, refractive error or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion.take ade quate rest.Have a sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours daily 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. Consult Neurologist to rule out other causes of headache and take a CT scan of brain if required 7. consult me for further advice Neck Pain If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise d)Consult me for further advice

Eat regularly at small intervals. Include whole grains and pulses in your meals. `snack on dry fruits. Use full fat milk n curd. Avoid eating junk food. Exercise at least 4 days in a week.
