Hello, Unfortunately, bananas are made culprits, there is, nothing called 'don't eat'.moderation, portion sizes and timings, matter. Which again depends, on the health condition.

I am 17 years old girl and my younger brother is 15 years old. For some days I have experienced that he has become curious to check my used underwear in the bathroom and follow me everywhere at home. We are like friends so firstly I ignored. But recently he has even dared to see me urinating, shaving and all my secret tasks. Is there any probable harm from this later on. Please suggest.

Dear lybrate-user, Thanks for the question. I can understand. The behaviour of your brother is not at all proper and it should be questioned and corrected. He may not have any untoward intentions, but for sure, he has behaviour disorder. I suggest behaviour correction therapy and management. Take care.

Emotional Eating and Stress.

Hello friends! Myself, Dr. Shahazad. I’m a Psychologist by profession. I have deal with so many clients in my life like I have more than thousand satisfied customers even through, phone, email, or they are doing it with chat. We have clinics where clients are coming in the clinic also and we are taking care of the clients. I have sixteen years of experience as a psychologist, as a counselling psychologist. I have deal with so many problems like depression, anxiety, stress, even food addiction, addiction of alcohol, cigarettes, or any kind of addiction which is coming to your mind that we are covering. We are also dealing with the stress related to eating habits like mostly the people are having emotional eating these days and they are not aware of why they are gaining weight. They are gaining weight because of their emotional eating.

I will just give you an example like people do take care of, when they are stressed out, they tend to eat more. Why they tend to eat more because when they are stressed out they burn more energy that’s why they need more energy. When they need more energy then, for that they need to eat more food and the rich sources of energy is carbohydrate, or things which is like sugar, or carbohydrate or things which is made up of maida. So, mostly people tend to eat more those kind of foods. When people tend to eat those kinds of foods, they feel guilt also.

After eating so much of junk food, they feel guilt and that guilt leads to stress and that stress again make the person eat, so this is the basic cycle which is going through. So, we are dealing with emotional eating, food addiction, alcohol addictions, stress, anxiety, depression, even any kind of stress or as we know in our lives, there are so many ups and downs because of many reasons, related to health, related to personal problems, personal life, even, family lives.

If you are finding anything which is not smooth or not going along with your life in a proper manner then, you need a counselling and for that you can opt, you can call us on Lybrate or even you can do live chat on Lybrate or you can go for a video chat through the Lybrate.

Loose motions may be due to viral infection, bacterial infection, due to any medical condition, or allergy to food or any vegetables, anxiety problems. So, First you should maintain proper dietary management. Rehydrate. Water replaces fluid but not electrolytes lost through diarrhea. Electrolytes are minerals that help your body manage its fluid levels, muscle activity, and other important functions. Go for soup and broth with sodium, fruit drinks or a rehydration fluid such as Ceralyte, Oralyte, or Pedialyte. Eat bland, safe foods. When you have diarrhea, stick with soup and broth. When you feel ready, add lean meat, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates such as rice, potatoes, and bread. Avoid food triggers. To put an end to diarrhea, steer clear of foods and drinks containing caffeine and lots of sugar, as well as sugar substitutes and fried or fatty foods. Also take a break from high-fiber foods, spicy foods, dairy products, and foods known to cause gas, such as beans, broccoli, and cabbage. Wash your hands. When you have diarrhea, wash even more often than normal, especially after going to the bathroom and before eating.

Dear lybrateuser, -your heart rate is within the range of 50-88% of your target heart rate when you are exercising, since you achieve the target heart rate it is beneficial for your heart & overall health, if you feel tired after exercise then reduce your pace & the rate will come down -along with aerobic exercise you should do moderate weight lifting at least two days in a week, also do stretching & yoga -have a well balanced, nutritious diet with fruits & vegetables & proteins, eggs, milk, yogurt, paneer, cheese, beans, soyaproducts, nuts-almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, peanuts -have 8-10 glasses of water in a day or more if you exert & sweat a lot.

Hello- You are suffering from Folliculitis. It is a common skin condition in which hair follicles become inflamed. It's usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. At first it may look like small red bumps or white-headed pimples around hair follicles — the tiny pockets from which each hair grows. The infection can spread and turn into non healing, crusty sores. To help prevent complications and lessen the severity of folliculitis when you have it: Avoid friction caused by shaving or rubbing the infected area. Use a warm compress to calm irritation and reduce pain. Wash your towels and washcloths every day until all of your symptoms have subsided.

If you are really happy with the fact that you have lost weight and now have a size zero figure like your favourite celebrity, then you should know what damage you are doing to your health. Balance is the key factor behind good health. Obesity is such a big problem that one ignores the problems of people who are underweight. Fat is no doubt bad for health but some amount of fat is essential for the body to utilize it like a fuel to store energy. People of body mass index (BMI) less than 18.5 might have chronic health problems in the long run. . Underweight men can?t escape either they also have sexual problems like erectile dysfunction, painful intercourse and problems in ejaculation. A man?s weight and the health of the sperm are also interlinked. Here is another diet plan that lets you understand more. You can follow either the below one or the above one. Both will help you to plan the meals accordingly in order to gain weight. The food items that should be incorporated in the diet are: ? Full cream milk ? Beans, lentils and other such protein-rich foods ? Fruits and vegetables ? Cereals ? Healthy fats and oils ? Healthy desserts Keeping all these items in mind, we should divide the 3 major meals of the day into 7 smaller meals. So, here is another sample meal plan analysis, which can be followed for some healthy weight gain.
