It is possible to get pregnant even when you are breastfeeding. So it is better to use contraception as soon as possible. Best contraceptive for breastfeeding mothers is copper t. If you do not want to go for that then second best option is minipill like cerazette, which will not affect your breastfeeding. After 6 weeks you can resume sex after cesarean section.

My last mensuration cycle was happened on 6th May, 2016. Considering the fact I have missed my period as of now. Today I have crossed 1 month and 10 days. Yesterday (14th June) I have examined Quantitative HCG Blood testing and the result shows negative. Please suggest what is the right time for me to check urine or blood test or there will be any possibility for period to be happened as I have mensuration cycle disorder.

Hi lybrate-user. Sometimes hormonal imbalance also created period problems. I suggest you repeat the urine pregnancy test again after 3-4 days and if still negative we can start you on progesterone tablets to induce your period.

The ovulation generally happens in mid of your cycle. Once you know when your egg will be released from your ovary, you can plan to have sex during your most fertile days: from three days before ovulation through the day of ovulation. (starting a little sooner can't hurt; some women have gotten pregnant from sex that happened six days before they ovulated.) if you have a regular cycle of 28 days, days 12 to 16 days are said to be a woman's most fertile period counting from the first day of cycle.

i am suffering for pcos from 3years. My main problem is very very low menstrual flow, just 2 or 3 drops .I did not need to wear a pad. I am 45 years old woman. I had menopause 9 years back immediately after my second delivery. For some times I am feeling very exhausted freqently inspite of taking vitamin supplement. I take home made food. My recent blood test report shows no sugar no thyrod. Types of insomia- insomnia can be primary or secondary
Primary insomnia- when the sleeplessness is not associated with any kind of health problem it is termed as primary insomnia.

Insomnia can be acute which is short lasting, where the problem last for one night to few weeks. Or it may be chronic which may last for 3 nights a week for a month or longer.
Some sleep disorders are caused by physical problems, the treatment of which can make sleeplessness disappear. Some are caused by medications and can be resolved by a change of prescriprion. Still others are caused by poor sleep habbits, such as too much napping which can be broken with education and efforts.
Below are some helpful hints for getting a good night rests:-
1. Maintain a regular sleep schedule. Getting up at the same time every morning synchronises the body's biological clock.
2. Keep the bedroom for sleeping. Don not read, watch tv or eat in bed.
3. If you do not fall asleep within 20 mins of going to bed, get up and read or listen to quite music untill you get sleepy.
4. Limit daytime naps.
5. Take 20-30 minutes warm bath before bed.
6. Drink a glass of milk just before bed.(warm or cold)
7. Avoid caffeinated beverages and chocolate in the afternoon and evening.
8. Don't drink alcohol before bed time. It can cause sleeplessness at night.
9. Exercise during the day but not before going to bed.

Dear she can eat normal diet. Be sure due to infection some time she may feel nausea, vomiting. One glass of lukewarm water with one piece of garlic in the early morning will help her to get ride of the infection vry soon. Give her small and frequent meals. Avoid fatty fried foods.

Do exercise How to Reduce Breast Size with Home Remedies Green Tea to Reduce Breast Size Green tea is one of the effective ingredients that will help you to reduce the body weight, thus will help to reduce the increased size of your breasts. It contains catechins, which stimulate the body to burn the deposited calories. I must mention here one of the most important usages of green tea. Its regular consumption reduces the risk of breast cancer apart from decreasing the size of the breasts. Things we need : Hot water – 1 cup Green tea leaves: 1 tsp Honey (for taste) – 1 tsp Process: Take 1 cup of hot water and add 1 tsp of green tea powder to it. Cover it and let it steep for few minutes. Strain it and drink it warm. Drink this amazing tea at least twice or thrice a day to reduce the breast size. Flaxseed to Reduce Breast Size Omega-3 fatty acid is the property, which helps to reduce the estrogen level in the body. And flaxseed is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, thus its consumption ultimately help to reduce the size of the breasts. Things we need: Hot water- 1 glass Ground flaxseed – 1 tbsp Process: Take 1 glass of hot water and add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed to it. Stir it properly and drink it hot. How to do: Lie straight on a bench with your back. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands above your head. Slowly bring the dumbbells down towards your chest. Other Exercises to Reduce Breast Size Swimming: It is a very good exercise to reduce the breast size as it works well on the chest as well as on the shoulder muscles. It is a good exercise for the whole body, which helps to burn the accumulated fat in the body, thus ultimately helps to reduce the breast size. Apart from that swimming also firms up the breasts. Climbing the Stairs: Climb the stairs every day for 15 to 20 minutes to burn out the excess fat from the various parts of the body including the breast area. So jog for 20 to 30 minutes every day in the morning as well as in the evening to reduce the excess adipose fat from the breast area. Good to know that her disease is under control, but thalidomide is same as thalix, diarrhoea is not side effect of this medicine. Rather constipation is. If your mother is alright without medicines, diarrhoea can be due to other gastric reason, may be infection, get her treated accordingly.

Cyst is what it looks like to the eye and surgeon has removed it and sent for histopath test to look at cells not visible to the eye but under a microscope machine, to rule out cancer, to know the functioning of the cells. Just 15 to 20 minutes of sunlight exposure each day (sans sunscreen) can supply your daily need for vitamin D. Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D may ward off diabetes, heart attacks, heart failure, high blood pressure, heart disease, and maybe even the common cold. But don't overdo it—too much sun exposure can increase your risk of skin cancer.
