Hello sir I have a habit of rocking back and forth. And it is not related with anxiety or depression. I do it all day whether im happy or sad or depressed. Please tell how can I stop it. Many doctors just say take small steps to avoid this habit. But they do not understand that I can not. My body moves involuntarily. I have no control. Your beginning and end of question do not correlate at all. At the beginning you say your movements are not related to anxiety and depression. But towards the end you yourself commit that you are depressed due to your inability to constrol these movements and feel anxious in social surroundings. That has even kept you away from attending colleges and staying with people in hostel. Dear Nitin, I think that is good enough reason for you to understand that these movements have become an obsession and compulsion for you to get rid of restlessness that prevails if you don't do it. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Are you married? how old are you? are you overweight? do get back with my queries to help you better. Binthin is ayurvedic capsules given for obesity & also for pcod. Sio care is also ayurvedic medicine given for scanty periods. Ebexid has low dose of thyroid hormone + vitamins-given for obesity. Benforce is also given for infertility. Gdm has 1000 iu vitamin d in it & you are taking 3 per day. My take is that you are being overmedicated. Since you are not getting any benefits, why not give a break? just take evecare by himalaya-syrup a spoon 3 times a day. No side effects. It does bring hormone levels under proportion and balance. Do write back with answers to my queries.

It will take some time to deal with this break up but if you did some of the things suggested here you could do it within 6 months, if the relationship was very intense. It seems that you are angry about the breakup and it will make you easily irritable. You must talk about the breakup until it is exhausted out of the system. Get rid of all reminders of this person and completely cleanse your life and system off of this individual. It is very hard when breakups happen and getting back to normal life can be quite difficult. However, it does not help if you push other people away by your irritability: they are your support system even if they are not the understanding types. There is no need for you to get into any relationship right now. Wait for some time and after you have dealt well with the breakup, you will be in a better position to be somewhat objective. Otherwise, you will carry all the baggage from the previous relationship (especially issues that remain unresolved) into the new relationship and will make many comparisons and judgments and projections with the new fellow quite, unfairly. You will just have a series of breakups and end up depressed. There is no hurry but do resolve the problems that cropped up in the previous courtship. Rectify them and you can then explore other friendships. If you don’t have a confidante to speak to, then meet with a relationship counselor and talk extensively. Sometimes you will be shocked that you even befriended such a person, if you sort out all the problems, first.

Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into triglycerides and stored in fat cells throughout the body LDL cholesterol can build up on the walls of your arteries and increase your chances of getting heart disease. That is why LDL cholesterol is referred to as "bad" cholesterol. The lower your LDL cholesterol number, the lower your risk. If your LDL is 190 or more, it is considered very high. Your doctor will most likely recommend medicines in addition to making healthy lifestyle choices. After figuring your 10-year risk, your doctor will recommend a percentage by which you should try to lower your LDL level through diet, exercise, and medication if necessary. HDL Cholesterol When it comes to HDL cholesterol -- "good" cholesterol – a higher number means lower risk. This is because HDL cholesterol protects against heart disease by taking the "bad" cholesterol out of your blood and keeping it from building up in your arteries. All of these factors, taken together, can dramatically decrease your risk of heart disease and stroke by lowering your LDL cholesterol level and your blood pressure, and raising your HDL cholesterol.  Foods to avoid  Limit saturated fats and oils, such as butter, palm oil, and coconut oil. Instead, use soft vegetable oils, such as olive or canola oil.  Avoid trans fats or partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. These oils go through a process that makes them solid. They're found in some hard margarines, snack crackers, cookies,and chips.  Limit fatty meats such as corned beef, , ribs, steak, ground meat, hot dogs, sausage, bacon, and processed meats . Also limit organ meats like liver and kidney. Replace with skinless chicken or turkey, lean beef, pork, lamb, and fish. Try some meatless main dishes, like beans, peas, pasta, or rice.  Limit meat, poultry, and fish to no more than two servings, or 140 g, a day. Remember that a serving is about the size of a deck of playing cards.  Limit egg yolks.  Limit milk products that contain more than 1% milk fat. This includes cream, most cheeses, and nondairy coffee creamers or whipped topping (which often contain coconut or palm oils). Instead try fat-free or low-fat milk (0% to 1% fat) and low-fat cheeses.  Limit snack crackers, muffins, quick breads, croissants, and cakes made with saturated or hydrogenated fat, whole eggs, or whole milk. Try low-fat baked goods, and use any spreads or toppings lightly.  Instead of using butter or margarine on bread, try dipping it in olive oil.  Avoid fast foods like hamburgers, fries, fried chicken, and tacos. They are high in both total fat and saturated fat. When you eat out, choose broiled sandwiches or chicken without skin, salads with low-fat dressing, and foods that aren't fried. Ask the server to leave off the cheese and high-fat dressings like mayonnaise.

If you have gastric ulcer, I advice you to consult Gastroenterologist for proper advice and treatment. Follow the advice given below 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

Doctor suggested to have AMH, Rubella and Progesterone tests as I had pcod. Could you please tell me what are the normal results.
