Strong determination is the only way to get rid of the habbit. Occupy you mind and divert the mind to something else which you like very much to get over the urge for the ghutka.

Is there any way by which I can increase the size of my penis? I find it comparatively small.

Fellowship ,council of Sex Education and Parenthood , BAMS, B-Pharm

Is there any way by which I can increase the size of my penis? I find it comparatively small.
the length of vagina is about 6 inch, the outer 2 inch is most sensitive, the inner 4 inch being insensitive. To arouse a female one needs to stimulate only the outer lips and the outer 2 inch of vagina so man needs 2 inches of erect penis to satisfy a females. Not any medicine increase the penis size. more then 3 to 4 inch size is normal .

I'm 27 Year old man with frequent migraines and I take migranil or Suminat tablets. The pain is very severe and sometimes lasts for two days. Please suggest ways to avoid migraines and please clarify if it is normal to get migraines frequently and also suggest medication. Thank you!

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
he International Headache Society defines chronic migraine as more than fifteen headache days per month over a three month period of which more than eight are migrainous, in the absence of medication over use. Episodic migraine is the other migraine sub-type, which is defined as less than 15 headache days per month. Though migraine causes aren't understood, genetics and environmental factors appear to play a role. Migraines may be caused by changes in the brainstem and its interactions with the trigeminal nerve, a major pain pathway. Imbalances in brain chemicals — including serotonin, which helps regulate pain in your nervous system — also may be involved. Researchers are still studying the role of serotonin in migraines. You have to avoid triggers which bring on migraine and do meditation and yoga and when there is pain take SUminat. A number of factors may trigger migraines, including: Hormonal changes in women. Fluctuations in estrogen seem to trigger headaches in many women. ... Foods. Aged cheeses, salty foods and processed foods may trigger migraines. ... Food additives. ... Drinks. ... Stress. ... Sensory stimuli. ... Changes in wake-sleep pattern. ... Physical factors.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Post surgery it is very essential to control glucose levels strictly for quick healing as well as for prevention of long term complications. Usually after many years of treatment with oral drugs, many patients have to be shifted on to insulin for better control. If with current dosage glucose control is not as expected, then we will have to increase the dose of Insulin, both in the morning and at night. Ideally FBG <100 mg PP 160 to 180 mg. So to achieve those levels, there has to be a change in insulin dose. Plus we will have to also look at other antidiabetics that he may be taking. Thanks.
