I can not study if I do not sleep in the afternoon. I have a habit of sleeping in the after noon. So my night sleep reduces to 5-6 hours only. And I feel sleepy when I wake up in the morning how can I manage my sleep and study as I have to study for 13-14 hours a day. Please help me with my sleep schedule. Hi, it's ok to sleep in the afternoon for one hour if you are studying in the night. A human body needs 7-8 hours of sleep in 24 hours. So if you are sleeping for 5-6 hours in night then your body demands sleep and you sleep in the afternoon. If this routine is troubling in your studies then you have to change it forcefully. Daily go to bed at around 11 pm and leave the bed at 5 or 6 am forcefully. Don't sleep for more than one hour in the afternoon. If you continuously do this for one week it will come into your routine. Also have a heavy breakfast after 2-3 hours of waking up in the morning. And go for a brisk walk daily for half an hour either in the morning or evening wearing sports shoes.

Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. Hi prerna if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4.
