I am 59 years old. I have back pain in the morning in vertebrae. After I go for a walk, I feel good. But, there will be discharge from nose like gel. What should I do?

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

I am 20 years old male and have backache last 1 year. I have used pain relief ointment cream and many tablets for couple of days but have not get any relief. What should I do now?

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

My wife 39 years old sufferring from neck, back and knee pain since 3-4 years. Mri findings are gap in l5, l6. Please advise, how to treat this pain anf cure permenantly as surgery is not safe.

Take phytolaca decandra Q, 10 drops in 100 ml warm water and do gargles twice a day. revert after 5 days.

I am a field person as a marketing executive, last five years. I feel low back pain for last few months in the morning and night time. What I do?

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of ls spine. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, I am 25 years old. I suffering from a pain which is the part of spinal bone. This is last corner of spinal bone at the inside of boom (coccygeal vertebrae. I am in a shitting job of 8 hour. So I have lower back pain also and pain in legs after sitting a long time. I have also piles problem. please suggest me some thing. Thank you.

Try sitting on a soft cushion at work to avoid constant pressure on the coccyx. And try taking a break every hour and walk a little. Ultrasonic treatment at a physiotherapy clinic will give you relief.

My father has undergone c2-c7 decompressive laminectomy surgery on 2010, now again he is suffering with same problem of nerves tigthness & unable to walk. Now doctors again recomded for surgery, weahther it is adviceable for surgery any risk is invovled in surgery.

For knee pain the best treatment course would be to undergo janu vasti at a panchakarma centre near u. After undergoing janu vasti, you shall be completely treated. If need the doc might prescribe you some ayurvedic medicines depending on your body type. Till then you can have drumstick soup daily. Also boil 2 pieces of garlic in 1 cup milk & 1 cup water. When 1 cup remains, strain & drink daily after adding 1 tsf cow ghee.
