You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x + Nat phos 200x. 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

I have a very severe problem of pain in joints of hand and legs. I have consulted many doctors one said lack of vitamin d another said increase in uric acid I took medication but there is not any relief in the problem even specialists cant find the problem. Dear lybrate user use hot pack 15 minutes twice a day and back stretching exercise. Avoid forward bending, heavy weight lifting, jerk, sitting maximum 45 minutes continue, sit with back support.

take tab. combiflaim sos for pain. continue medicines for thyroid. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

It is important to know how to use an exercise bike the right way. If your posture is poor, you'll reduce your overall results and may even cause injury to your neck, back, knee and hips. Making right adjustments of your equipment will allow you to pedal fast, hard and without worrying about posture or too much pressure on joints. 1) Seat - you'll want a height in which your legs are slightly bent when pedaling. You never want your legs to be fully bent or fully straight. 2) Handlebars - if your static cycle offers handlebar adjustments then choose a position that enables your arms to be fully extended. 3) Feet - do not pedal with your toes. Use your complete foot. 4) Back Posture - your back should be straight. Donot bend forward to grab handlebars or pedal. If you do so, you are putting excess pressure on your back and neck. 5) Footwear - always wear good sport shoes/ sneakers when pedaling. Never opt for barefoot cycling. Follow the above rules while cycling and I ensure You will never bother your joints.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Rest must do hot fermentation twice a day and do stretching exercise. Avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment for 7 days.

Take rest. Avoid sitting down/ squat. Hot fomentation. Do quadriceps strengthening exercises once pain subside. Take good antiiflammatory medicine.

It may be sciatica pain. Avoid prolong standing and sitting. Take proper rest. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Take hot fermentation. Do spinal strengthening exercises.

Hello, you have to do hot water fomentation first then apply ointments, do it thrice a day, if symptoms persist consult physio in person, avoid painkillers.
