Stop using soy foods, you can avoid milk and wheat also to remove casein and gluten, eat more of green leafy vegetbles and dark coloured fruits daily in large.

I'm 21 years girl I'm suffering from obese now my weight is 75 give some tips to reduce it.
To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 30 mins to one hour play/walk / exercise. Its difficult to draft a diet chart here which is tailored to meet your requirements. Hi lybrate-user go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Hello sir, in diet you have to include high fiber, avoid carbs, avoid fried foods and cut down sugar and salt in your diet. In exercise, start doing crunches, treadmil and cardio training.

Take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

Tips for regular weight lose: increase the quantity of fruits and vegetables and low calorie foods. Avoid intake of too much salt as it may be a factor for increasing body weight. Milk products like cheese, butter etc. And non-vegetarian foods should be avoided as they are rich in fat. Mint is very beneficial in losing weight. A chutney of green mint with some simple spices can be taken with meals. Mint tea also helps. Spices like dry ginger, cinnamon, black pepper etc. Are good for loosing weight and can be used in a number of ways. Regular intake of carrot juice. Avoid rice and potato, which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Among cereals wheat is good. Vegetables like bitter gourd (karela), and bitter variety of drumstick are useful in loosing weight. Honey is an excellent home remedy for obesity. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions.

50 kg is not over weight and for a healthy body Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Trying gym, for avoiding fat take diet should be consistent without any breaks and cheating. Definitely without supplements, tablets one can reduce weight and get back to their healthy ideal body weight by boosting their metabolism and making certain, i've style modifications to complement their weight loss. Dedication, discipline and self belief are what to be needed. Include metabolism boosting foods like flaxseeds, wheat germ, bran, lemon grass, peppermint, black pepper tea, etc in your daily regime.
