Hi improving your diet and lifestyle is the best way to lose weight. Make small target of losing 2-4 kg per month. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Eat three fruits per day. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber vegetables and low fat protein sources. Walk for thirty min minimum daily.

Hello, there could be different causes for your weight loss. It is suggestive to get a complete health check done, to rule out the possible health condition. But till then you can start consuming energy dense meal, rich in 1st class proteins, every few hours, make sure you have half a glass of water every hour. Include fats coming from invisible sources, best being through nuts and oil seeds. Do not avoid carbohydrates. Include fruits and dried fruits in the mid meals and snack, as they are filled with energy. These suggestions would help you increase the nutrient intake in the whole day, thus promoting weight gain.

You are more than 10 kg over weight for your height. Reducing your three principle meals that is breakfast, lunch and dinner by 10% each will help you in weight reduction. Dividing your meals in small frequent portion sizes will get your post lunch sugars under control. Reduce your oil consumption not more than 3 teaspoon per day and introduces more fiber in the form of salad, vegetables, dal, sprouts, fruits, soups may help in weight reduction.

hello lybrate user weight reduction can't be achieved by strict diet paln and physical activity. you should follow this three dimensional approach for weight reduction. 1. Dietary changes- you must take high fiber and whole grain diet like khichdi, daliya, corn flex, fruits-apple, guava, papaya, soups, multi grain atta chapati etc. Avoid- deep fried, spicy, sweets, cold drinks, curd, (nonveg, eggs, if u take) etc. 2. Life style modification- avoid sedentary life and be active. Go for morning or evening walk, do some yoga and exercises. Cycling, swimming and outdoor games can also help. Avoid nap / day sleep. Do suryanamaskar, trikonasan, bhujangasana, yogic jogging etc. do some specific exrecises focusing on your belly area. 3. Ayurvedic medicines- some ayurvedic medicines like medohar gugulu, ayurslim capsules along with Panchkarma treatment can reduce weight quickly. for more details or any query pls consult.

Hye, thanks for the query. Actually not eating is the reason you are not losing fats. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take smaller main meals. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits.
