If you're suffering from acne, you're not alone. Acne is a common skin condition that happens when oil and dead skin cells clog the skin’s pores. It normally occurs on the face, chest, back, shoulders, and neck. Acne can be caused by many things: heredity, hormones, and oil production. Avoid touching your face. Dirt and bacteria on your hands can clog your pores and make acne worse if you constantly touch your face. If your skin feels irritated from acne, use a gentle, oil-free daily facial wipe to remove excess dirt and calm your skin. Do not squeeze or pop your blemishes or you may risk developing scars. Squeezing a pimple might even spread the bacteria further Wash regularly. Wash your skin using your fingertips, once in the morning and once at night. Remember to thoroughly rinse your skin with lukewarm water after washing it. Limit washing to twice a day and after you sweat. Sweating can irritate your skin. Wash your skin as soon as possible after sweating. Eat a healthy diet. Avoid meat that contains hormones and similar substances which could throw your hormones out of balance, causing acne. Instead, eat plenty of fiber, fresh vegetables and fruits. Foods rich in vitamin A, C, E, and zinc can help reduce the severity of acne through the nutrients’ anti-inflammatory properties. Apply aloe vera gel. Daily apply aloe vera gel liberally over your skin. You can find it at most drug stores. Aloe vera is a succulent plant with antibacterial properties that are effective in treating acne and reducing inflammation. It prevents bacteria from infecting acne wounds and speeds up the healing process Some people may be allergic to aloe. If a rash develops, stop using it For medication Consult online in private.

Dear Lybrate user, mouth ulcers are quite common in diabetics as the gum tissues are quite vulnerable. You can occasionally take some multivitamin tablets under the supervision of your consultant physician if the ulcers tend to occur frequently. Other than that, drink plenty of water and consume more citrus fruits which are a natural source of vitamin C which is very crucial for your gum health. Also avoid extremely fried or spicy food.

to gain weight is not about eating too much but it is about eating right energy and protein dense food on right time.energy requirement bis different for person to person in your case it look like you have high BMR so you need some extra energy and protein.all you needvis proper diet schedule

Dark circle around the eyes appear due to stress, lack of adequate sleep, hectic life style ,hormonal changes, hereditary Natural method of treatment 1.Mix 1 tsf of tomato juice with 1 tsf of lemon juice, apply it on affected area, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it with water, repeat the process twice daily 2.Apply little almond oil (it is rich in Vitamin E) on dark circle and massage it gently leave it overnight and wash it off in the morning 3. Mix orange juice with few drops of glycerin, apply it over dark circle, keep it for 10 minutes and wash it off with water 4.Put sliced cucumber in fridge for 30 minutes, take them out and place it over dark circle, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it off with cold water 5.crush few mint leaves with water forming a paste, apply it on affected area, leave it for 10 minutes, wash it with cold water 6.Soak cotton ball in rose water, apply it on affected area, leave it for 15 minutes wash it 7.Drink tomato juice mixed with lemon juice and mint leaves 8.do regular yoga and meditation to relieve stress 9.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Hye. Thank you for your query. You cannot target one body part but you can try to do singular exercises in your workout routine. Working out your legs, thighs and calves will help improve muscle mass and make your legs look more toned.

I am 30 years old suffering from digestion and left hand paining at the elbow problem last 1yr taken all blood test ecg it says normal but still am having the issue please help me out in this.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Alcohol. Avoid alcohol consumption. Do pranayama early morning.
