According to your age nd height your weight should not be more than 80 Kg--------------------. Muscle cramps may be c aused by many conditions or activities, such as: ---------------------- 1. Exposure to cold temperatures, especially to cold water.--------------- 2. Other medical conditions, such as blood flow problems (peripheral arterial disease), kidney disease, thyroid disease, and multiple sclerosis. ----------------- 3. Standing on a hard surface for a long time, sitting for a long time, or putting your legs in awkward positions while you sleep.---------------------------- 3. Not having enough potassium, calcium, and other minerals in your blood.------------ 4. Being dehydrated, which means that your body has lost too much fluid.------------ 5. Please change your lifestyle Taking all these medicines long time will cause havoc. It has got lot of serious side effects and is addictive. Sleep is easy to get provided you follow a sleep hygiene. You have not told what you do are you a student or working anywhere What is the stress level at study / work and home what are your daily eating habits do you smoke / drink alcohol -Veg /Non Veg water type you use at home how many cups of coffee / tea daily and what is the time you take how do you socialize and relax your exercise your friends what investigations have you done till now and their results without knowing these things it is difficult to give advice. DPT /Hib /HepB /IPV..(some include rotateq first dose) Routinely given, you can give PCV in addition to the former. All these are to be given every month for three months. Optional is a misguided word. What it really means is, give it, if you can afford. All recommended vaccines are beneficial and are desirable but for affordability. (I use Rotarix at 10 & 14 wks instead of rotateq 6-10-14 wks. Both schedules are equally good)

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.

I am 33 years old married female, have polysystic ovaries, no thyroid, cholestorel, but have unwanted hair on face and black spots on both the arms which also has undergrowth hair. Hi, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5.
