I am suffering from acidity and gastric problem. Taking all precaution such as avoiding spicy food, alcohol, smoking etc. Etc. Still the same is not under fully control. Taking only nityam, ayurvedic tablet before sleeping. Kindly suggest an effective medicine to cure acidity/gastric problems.

The tablet nityam taken by you is a good advice given, but it is not sufficient. Being an ayurvedic practitioner I would like to tell you that you are suffering from pitta dosh caused due to mithya aahar or vihar, the nityam is just a purgative drug, which eliminates the prakupit doshas of the body, but with the elimination we also need to control it's production. For further consultation contact.

Ulcers in mouth: It is also known as aphthous ulcers. They are very painful and restrict chewing and swallowing due to pain. Mainly it is due to Dyspepsia, consumption of heavy Antibiotics which kills normal Bacterial flora which makes vit B complex for our body. It is also due to mental tension. I have seen so many exam going students having ulcers in mouth and when exam is over it is cured . It is different from cancer ulcer as cancer ulcer is not painful and it doesn?t heal. High dose of Vit B , pain killing oral paste, Treatment of constipation, Stoppage of Heavy antibiotics added to it , etc as per requirement helps the patient.

Abdominal pain has so many causes. You should consult doctor before getting the higher expensive test. I think first test is ultrasound examination which will tell so many conditions causing abdominal pain.
