I have red eyes and feeling jealousy in my eyes because of this I can't sleep properly its very bad for my eyes.
Red eye has many causes. You have to see if it is associated with blurring of vision, pain, discharge and other complaints. But commonly its allergic or infective in origin ie allergic or infective conjunctivitis. Which has simple treatment protocol. But still its wise to see an ophthalmologist for a thorough slit lamp examination to rule out other differentials for red eye.

Pain is unusual in eyes..you need to make sure that vision is not affected.. you need to visit eye surgeon to rule out any vision threatening problem

I'm 23 years old. I'm using specs of -4.5 do it can be corrected with LASIK. Do I need to wear glasses after surgery. I've heard about FEMTO would you please tell me which one is better LASIK or faint. How much it will cost on both type of surgeries do I need to stay in hospital for a long time. Can you name some of best surgical centres in Lucknow, India with both of techniques.

I'm 23 years old. I'm using specs of -4.5 do it can be corrected with LASIK. Do I need to wear glasses after surgery....
LASIK is refractive surgery to correct myopia ,hypermetropia & astigmatism, refractive surgery also include intraocular ocular lens procedure. For LASIK your eyes must be healthy, if you have persistent dry eyes, LASIK surgery may aggravate this condition resulting in burning sensation & blurring of vision after LASIK.   For LASIK cornea must  have sufficient thickness because in reshaping of cornea, you loose the thickness of cornea & if your cornea is too ,you are not  fit case for LASIK.  -1Dof myopic correction consumes  35 micron of corneal thicknes. Average thickness of cornea in Indian is 450 micron to 500 micron& after LASIK there  should be around 300 micron thickness of cornea for safety of eye in future. Pupils are usually large in myopic people who undergo LASIK  operation resulting in side effects such as halos, glares especially in those who drive in night. LASIK for the treatment of high retractive errors are less predictable, because very high amount of myopia could require removal of too much corneal tissue putting at increased risk of Vision complications. LASIK should not be undertaken before 21 years in male & 19 years in female because myopic power increases by that age. You must have stable power before LASIK. There is no upper age limit but one should keep in mind that once you are 40 years old, you may still need reading  glass due to presbyopia changing every two years till you develop cataract in old age. Contraindications for LASIK -degenerative disease, Sjogren syndrome, type one diabetes etc. People who are taking immunosuppressive drugs, must think ten times before undergoing for LASIK surgery. One must go LASIK screening before taking decision for LASIK. One undergoes for LASIK should be fully aware of  potential LASIK complications & should not hide anything from operating surgeon about health.

Sir, I have problem with my right eye. In my right eye there was a white spot. So what should I do?

Sir, I have problem with my right eye. In my right eye there was a white spot. So what should I do?
Hello, There are many different causes of white pupil or white reflex. Other conditions also can mimic white pupil.Although the causes of a cloudy or white cornea are different from those of a white pupil or white reflex, these problems also need medical attention right away. Cataracts may also cause the pupil to appear white. Causes Coats' disease - exudative retinopathy Coloboma Congenital cataract (may be hereditary or may result from other conditions, including congenital rubella, galactosemia, retrolental fibroplasia) Persistent primary hyperplastic vitreous Retinoblastoma Toxocara canis (infection caused by a parasite) Uveitis Most causes of white pupil will cause decreased vision. This may often occur before the pupil appears to be white. So, first visit an Opthalmologist and get your eyes tested. Treatment would be given accordingly.

It is diffused blood from forehead area, wait for 10-12 days for complete resolution may take little longer. If want to verify bony # or doubt exists then investigate with CT scan / Plain X-ray orbital region/ MRI. You can even apply Ice fomentation to the affected area.
