Stretch after workouts. Exercising, injury or overuse of muscles can often lead to leg cramps.] People can get cramps within minutes or up to six hours after working out or any type of physical exertion. If nighttime cramps are an issue, be sure to stretch before bedtime, but make sure your muscles are warmed up. Try soaking in warm water or using a heating pad. Bathing in warm water or the use of heating pads is often recommended to relieve the discomfort of leg cramps. Heat may help ease cramping by increasing blood flow to the area and relaxing the muscle. Try soaking in a warm bath and use a heating pad on muscles that feel stiff or tight. Pay attention to the positioning of your legs. To reduce the chance of leg cramping, avoid standing on hard surfaces for a long period of time or sitting for a long time.Instead, make sure you allow the blood to circulate throughout your limbs by moving and stretching your legs frequently during the day. Know your limits during workouts. Oftentimes, cramps are a result of pushing yourself harder than your body is used to. Avoid rapidly increasing the intensity or duration of a workout. Instead, train up to it gradually, and always pace yourself. Stay hydrated. Some studies have found that staying hydrated will prevent cramps (while other studies have found no correlation between the two). Researchers believe that the decreased fluid around a body’s cells causes muscle twitches, which in turn causes cramps. Be sure to drink enough water daily and replenish after exercising. Replenish sodium. Electrolytes are essential in maintaining the fluid balance in your body and can be lost when you sweat. Sodium in particular is lost through sweat more than other electrolytes. If you are sweating — especially if the weather is hot, if you are exercising, or you are an endurance athlete — the loss of sodium may lead to cramping and more dangerous condition called hyponatremia Increase your calcium intake. Ensure you have enough magnesium in your blood. Avoid potassium depletion FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE.

Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right legIf you have leg pain please check your body weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the If you have back pain while walking and standing first of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the back. And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg Pain in the left side of the leg/thighThe compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

Hello...usually cancer doesn't cause pain...rather it starts with hoarseness or difficulty in swallowing. But if it persists for long, you can always go to your local doctor and get yourself examined. Good Luck !

Ello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
