Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals. Do exercise regularly. Don't drink water immediately after meals. Don't take rice at night.

Sir, recently I gone through my routine blood check up. My Cholesterol is- 250, Direct LDL Cholesterol-160 ,CHOL/HDL RATIO-5.2, LDL/HDLRATIO-3.3 CREATININE-0.86 SGOT-14 T4-11.10 HYDROXYVITAMIN D-19.97 MEAN PLASMA GLUCOSE-116.9 FASTINGBLOOD GLUCOSE PLASMA-98 GLUCOSE PP-82 HBA1C-5.7 Pl suggest me remedy for cholesterol or any other advice.

First begin with diet change and exercise. Reduce sugar, fried, fatty food and ghee from diet, change your eating pattern. Take a detailed diet consult. For exercise start gradually with brisk walking, yoga or jogging and target to increase it to 40 mins daily. Quit smoking. Reduce alcohol. Reapeat lipid profile after 6 weeks of starting this, if cholesterol is still deranged, consult for medications. Also given your age, get a Stress TMT done to have a baseline cardiac status.

U not give detail of stone size y drink plenty of fluid in salad eat more Khera mooli & green vegetable kulthi moong dal avoid non veg egg curd full cream milk pea beans rice lahsun onion for medicine you may buy stone package.

Hello, you are under weight by 10 kg, approx. Simply, tkg a product for growth of d body will not suffice your need. To gain weight & energy you need to follow the under noted tips. You should take, 1200-1600 calories through dietary regulation tk, apples, carrots, cheese, ripened mangoes, soya been, rajma, papaya, bananas, milk, pumpkins, spinach, almonds, walnuts, chicken soup, regularly. - tk, banana with hot milk and butter in d breakfast. - add, ghee in lunch with sprouts, salad, & fruits. - - go for aerobics for 30 mnts. - go for meditation, yoga to reduce your stress and to nourish cells, tissues to enshape your body & to restore your energy, lost. - go for cycling, jogging, skipping, hanging on a bar in a garden. - tk, your diet b easily digestible, simple, non - irritant, on time. - tk, homoeo medicine which r gentle in use, acts rapidly without any adverse effect, thereof @ five phos6x-4 tbs, with little lukewarm water, thrice. @ alfalfaq-10 drops, thrice with little water, orally. I have a small lump in neck under mandible .it is movable of size 1.5-2 cm but painless .i have noticed it from 1 month. What can I do .is it harmful ?I don't have fewer or visible swelling in neck.

This lump may be enlarged lymph node. Final diagnosis can be possible by FNAC test but it is better to consult a physician who will try to evaluate it its cause to suggest appropriately.

Hi ,to increase your weight: 1. Add fruits and aanwla to your diet to increase vit c which will increase your appetite 2. Rice and potatoes increase weight but recommended for short term only 3. Take some multivitamin 4. Keep walking in morning as regular exercise AND 1.Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat egg, 3.Drink milk. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. 5.Use bigger plates. 6.Add cream to your food. 7.Take almonds 5-10 daily 8.Get quality sleep. 9.VIDEO consultation with us for whey protein and mass gainers.

Hi lybrate-usertips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

Dear friend, please have patience, you have possibility of increasing height. Please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salads, fresh fruit, milk and some extra proteins in this. Make a time table for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also start some physical exercise like running and stretching. Don't do weight bearing exercise. Take proper sleep and avoid stress as possible. Few medicines may be given to enhance the effect. Tell your progress after one month to guide further or you may ask if any questions or doubts.

Hi, please go for a detailed blood investigation like cbc, widal test, mp and routine urine examination and then revert back with the reports. Till then keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Continue to take tab. Paracetamol 1-1-1 till the fever subsides. Drink only boiled and cooled water.
