Brest size how to decrease is difficult but yaga may help you by following exercises. 1. Wall press technique 2. Prayer pose 3. Half moon posture 4. Asthanga yoga exercise 5. The frog pose.

To increase your Heamoglobin value apart from medication eat green vegetables, jaggery, carrots, beet etc and follow up with reports.

Talk to people who are 90 and healthy, try to adopt the diet of their earlier life. Reduce alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods in diet. Balanced diet is healthier than restricted, starchy diet.

Sometime my heart don't do any work I couldn't feel my heart beat I have trouble breathing. Deposit my nose was blooding. And much sweat on my palm. My left hand don't do any work. To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercise with 5 minutes and increase the time of exercises slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Please consult nearby physician and get chest auscultated to rule out bronchitis, please do warm up before workout take liquids like fruit juices, water 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after workout take salads and fruits more before lunch.
