Hi. Ulcers frequency varies from person to person. It's normal but do look for the cause. Stress gastrointestinal disorders, any sharp tooth in mouth that is irritating and causing an Ulcer. Apply Dologel ointment 3-4 times a day .Avoid hot spicy hard food items. Take Vitamin C rich fruits.

Using a hard-bristled toothbrush can harm

BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
Using a hard-bristled toothbrush can harm
A hard-bristled toothbrush coupled with an aggressive brushing technique can cause irreversible damage to your gums. Use a soft toothbrush and gently brush your teeth at a 45-degree angle, in a circular motion. Using a back-and-forth, sawing motion causes the gums to recede, and can expose the root of the tooth, making teeth extremely sensitive.

Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then

Do not use your teeth for doing something other than chewing food. Using them for cracking nuts, removing bottle tops or ripping open packaging can result in chipped or broken teeth.
