1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain 6.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist

I lived in hostel for 5 years and in those days I had a very bad food habit like junk food sometimes and skipping breakfast. Now I have frequent urination problem since 1 month where I have the feeling like urinating all the time. At first urination was very frequent (15-30 mins) but very less in quantity. Because of that I did my blood taste twice as I was scared of it as diabetes and results came normal. But since 3-4 days the break is every (1--1.30 hr) but quantity is more than before. And I wake up more hungrier than before in the morning. I'm not thirsty all the time though. At night I didn't go to bathroom in the beginning. Now I'm going twice once at 4 am and another at 6 am. Another thing I've noticed is that when I lie down or sit the urge to urinate is more but when I stand or walk the urge decreases. So I'm again tensed about the symptoms. Can the previous blood tests be faulty? Or can I develop diabetes in the gap? What should I do as I'm unable to concentrate on anything and it's very frustrating? I also have a habit of checking about symptoms whenever I feel sick. Am I being paranoid? Can my mind play tricks like this after reading about the symptoms? Please help.

For your age excessive urination could be due to 1. Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2. Urinary tract/bladder infection 3. Bladder stone causing a blockage in ureter/bladder, stone in urinary tract, cystitis, interstitial nephritis 5. Diabetes mellitus/diabetes inspidus, hypertension, 6. Stress/anxiety/nervousness, 7. Do urine re/me, blood sugar testing, take usg kub, and consult urologist for advice.

Hi. I am 22 years old. Today early in the morning my right hand side chest was paining badly around 6: 00 am to 9: 00 am I was not able to move. For eg. I was sleeping stomach touching the floor so I was not able to move. Even my testicles was paining little bit. I masturbate two times a week n this might be the problem. Two times a week is not too often though you may decrease the frequency to once a week. And the reason for pain may be the wrong posture during sleep. If it happens again and again then consult a doctor.

Hi, the allergy is due to the waxing. Just apply moisturiser cream with the above tablets and cream. Also since when have you taken treatment? if the rashes are increasing you may need an injection to reduce them.

If you don't want pregnancy, there are two options. One is you can take medicine. Abortive pills. But sometimes they don't give results. Results also depend upon how much time is pregnancy of. Another option is curretting. It is safest method in consideration of completion.

It could be migraine. Avoid triggers. If certain foods or odors seem to have triggered your migraines in the past, avoid them. Reduce your caffeine and alcohol intake and avoid tobacco. Supplement yourself with zinc fortified wd b complex, calcium preparations. Take ors sachet, 1 sachet in 1 ltrs of water till cramps subside. Zinc, vitamin b, calcium and salt deficiency are the most common causes of cramps.

Hello, first of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection wth its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback.
