Yes, definitely. Try to avoid fatty, fried, junk and processed foods. Go for soluble fibre rich diet and do consume 3-4 litres of water daily. Daily walk/exercise will also help.

I am a 23 year old female. And I feel severe back pain and stomach pain in periods. What should I do?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take paracetamol 250mg od & sos you will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) & general exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

I suffer from uncontrollable head jerks (which also makes my arms fly up) and weird single hiccups. These happen all throughout the day and is making me go crazy. I want it to stop! For head jerks start putting 2 drops warmed cow ghee in your both nostrils, your head jerks will be gone permanently, do not go for allopathy medicines your condition will only worsen, cow ghee on the other hand reaches those areas of your brain where allopathy and even homeopathy fails to reach, secondly keep your head in east or south direction while sleeping. I have pains in both the legs I if I stand for at least3 minutes then it stays hurting what should I do?

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise.

Hello, you can follow these advises and precautions:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before as a warm up and cool down. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9.
