Do not use your teeth for doing something other than chewing food. Using them for cracking nuts, removing bottle tops or ripping open packaging can result in chipped or broken teeth.

Which foods and drinks containing sugar cause tooth decay? In my teeth every morning blood is coming automatically.
Chocolate s, sweets, candies, sticky food, cocacola, pepsi, etc cause tooth decay if not rinsed properly after taking them. If blood is coming then go for scaling. Gums bleed when there is infection.

Hi, teeth grinding (bruxism) is a psychosomatic disorder, usually a person is under heavy stress. Best remedy for this is to make lifestyle changes like regular exercise, reduce intake of coffee, tea at night, meditation and breathing exercise, etc. For dental consideration it affects muscles of jaw and teeth structure. Best thing is see you dentist and get night guards (thin puc trays that covers and cushions your teeth) and use them regularly.

No, plastic cover is not harmful until and unless it is poisonous by any external materials or materials adulterated to food. Plastic cover doesn't react chemically to food if any chemical reaction is there! it's colour or colour of foods automatically changed! and you shall reject it! as we reject the bad foods! thanks.

It looks like gum Infection leading to Gingivitis. Nothing to worry, you should consult a Dentist and get Scaling done followed by a course of antibiotics like Metronidazole and along with it you can also restart taking Limcee that is Vitamin C. Also massage the gums with gum paint. You can also do warm saline gargles. Gargle with concentrated solution of antiseptic mouthwash. If there is sensitivity you can use desensitizing tooth paste. Use a soft toothbrush to brush your teeth. Hope this information helps. Regards.

Hi, there are various reasons for tooth pain. You need to visit to dentist for a check-up and get some x-rays done to get exact cause and solution of your problem. We can't suggest you anything without checking you clinically. Regards
