I have a severe pain on the lower part of my feet. because of my nerves have squeezed below my my knees and the blood circulation is low. any treatment?

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Hello, You need to take protein right here meals at regular interval. Combine milk with fruits and have it on the form of yogurts, smoothies, milkshakes, fruit custards etc to make it more energy dense. Strength training should help you. If you are non veg stress on eating chicken, fish, eggs in the form of tandoors or subjis.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Don't take 4-5 eggs in breakfast.You can have one egg only. If you are over weight take only egg white of one egg only

Dear Harsh, Namaskar, 76 Kg. for a height of 5'7" is slightly over weight...not much... To me your Backache and fatigue seems to be due to lack of any physical activities and exercises... Such problems do not respond to any Medical treatment except exercise and nothing else but exercise... You will have to change your lifestyle a little bit...Get up 1 hour early in the morning and go out for a walk...just stroll,in the beginning and then gradually increase your speed...make it brisk...and then start jogging slowly for short distance...walk a bit...jog a bit...walk a bit.....Observe this religiously and sincerely for 6 weeks...... You will get rid of your fatigue as well as start loosing weight.... will feel energetic and become a New Person...Do revert to me after 15 days....take care.

Hi Gaurav, Over weight with weakness is a result of consuming high calories with low intake/ low absorption of Vitamins and minerals . To reverse both ( excess weight and weakness) , we need to consume low calorie food with good nutritional value of Vitamins and minerals. Take 750 mg Trikatu Churna , 1/2 an hour prior meals . Along this remedy, start following long term change in food and lifestyle patterns:- Start your day about 06: 00 AM with 10 minutes deep breath. Repeat it about 5 times /day. It will improve your body's Oxygen level and will keep you active throughout the day. Consume Meal / Fresh Home cooked snacks in every 2-3 hours.(Add, handful of soaked dry fruits- figs, Walnuts, Sunflower seeds or Pumpkin seeds in your meal plan or take them as MOrning / evening snacks) Add salad 15 minutes prior your Lunch and dinner (it will reduce calorie of meal and will add minerals & vitamins)

To remain healthy you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. (b) Other fats sources: Corn, Vegetable/Olive oil, Biscuits, Flaxseeds(San Beej). 4. Vitamins and Minerals: Critical for normal functioning of organs and processes within our body. They do not provide energy directly but work behind the scenes to break down food into energy. 5. Fiber: It helps retain water and in making our stools softer to avoid constipation. Intake should be 25 to 35 grams a day. 6. Calories: A measure of how much energy food or drink contains. On an average, a man needs around 2,000 calories a day and a woman 1700 calories a day to maintain his weight and good health. Number varies by person depending upon weight, age and how active the lifestyle is. 7. Guideline: Each day have 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 5 pieces of fruit and at least 1 glass of milk.

Hello- >Excessive masturbation will definitely leads towards weight loss and can be the reason of any serious disease in the future. Semen is the utmost precious thing in the body which is responsible for internal immunity. Hi lybrate-user, The treadmill is still one of the more popular pieces of exercise equipment, but while it has some appealing characteristics, it's important to realize that you may be forgoing many important health benefits of exercise if all you're doing is walking or jogging on a treadmill. Yes, repetitive exercise at a sharp incline, such as hill running, can result in patellofemoral stress syndrome -- a painful condition you might refer to as runner's knee. Sharp incline running allows less movement in your ankle joints, meaning your knees have to pick up the slack and take on added impact. As these things go, less movement usually translates to less comfort. Suggestion: If you're not totally scared away by the idea of impact damage and joint stress, and plan to use a treadmill regularly anyway, remember that moderation can be your best friend; don't increase the incline unless you feel comfortable. If it feels wrong, it's probably doing more harm than good. If you experience sharp pains in your knees, stop the exercise, then rest and ice the affected areas. Alternative exercises such as cycling, swimming and elliptical trainers have similar health benefits to running, and they tend to be easier on the joints. Hope this is useful. Good Luck.
