Urethritis is the medical terms for inflammation of the urethra, which is a common cause of penile burning sensation. Cystitis (inflammation of the bladder) or prostatitis (prostate inflammation) can also be associated with a burning sensation in the genitals. Sexually transmitted diseases are examples of infections that can cause penile burning sensation. These diseases include herpes, genital warts (human papillomavirus infection), syphilis (sexually transmitted disease caused by bacteria), chlamydia, or gonorrhea. Homoepathic treatment cures it without side effects. Consult me for homoepathic treatment by clicking on consult option.

I am 35years and I m suffering from fatty liver and kidney stone. What should me do?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)

I am 35years and I m suffering from fatty liver and kidney stone. What should me do?
Tips for removing kidney stones: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day.

I have 17mm left renal stone what are the possible treatment for this?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda,
I have 17mm left renal stone
what are the possible treatment for this?
Kidneys clear impurities from blood and remove the waste in form of urine ? There are two types of stones: o Uric acid stones o Calcium stones (90% of the stones) Urine turns brown or red in colour due to presence of blood ? Uncontrollable urge to urinate ? Nausea ? Vomiting ? As stones grow, they cause unbearable pain ? Crystallisation of chemicals and minerals present in urine leads to kidney stones Natural home remedy using kidney beans: 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Drink 1 glass of this liquid once every 2 hr in a day 7. Do this for a week 8. Do not use the liquid or the beans again 24 hr after the 1st preparation Tips: ? Drink a glass of apple juice every day These remedies are based on the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian science of healing, and are completely natural, non-invasive, and can be prepared at home. Consult your doctor if the symptoms persist. For further assistance you can concern me privately.

Sir I am 19 years old. I have only 1 testicle the other one is detected near pelvis ,urinary bladder. One doctor suggested general surgery better than Laparoscopic because he told that near pelvis there is a bunch of veins or nerves related to urine. Laparoscopic may have any complications. Is this true or Laparoscopic is better. I am very confused. I have consulted with another doctor he told us that Laparoscopic don't have any complications. please help me. And is it right decision to remove the testicle or bought it down. The testicle is smaller in size. Will there be any complications if it is removed.

Hi lybrate-user. It depends on the surgeons efficiency to do it laparoscopically. Some are very much experienced so they can handle such cases where as some may not. When it comes to the question of getting it removed, yes it is a right choice, since testis are already smaller in size that is its atrophied it means it can not serve its purpose of producing harmones or spermatogenesis! This happens so because the testicles can not survive in higher temperature as in the case of pelvis or abdomen! More over if its left that way it can go into complications one of which is testicular carcinoma. Hope this clears your doubt.

How can I prevent kidney stones?

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
Kidney stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive treatment. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Pain relievers. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen or naproxen sodium. Medical therapy. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) dietitian who will aslo prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for private consultation for a detailed treatment plan including dietary therapy.

For your gastric problem- avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet and it's normal as far as kidney function is concerned.
