I am a 36 year old, I am male and I have a problem of stony 16mm in left kidney. So what should I do ?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Kidney stones are a very common health problem. They form from the chemicals in urine, such as uric acid, phosphorous, calcium and oxalic acid. Other common causes of kidney stones are excessive consumption of vitamin d, a mineral imbalance, dehydration, gout and an improper diet irrespective of the size of the kidney stones, they can cause severe pain. Other symptoms include a desire to urinate frequently, painful urination, nausea, vomiting and excessive sweating. Pomegranate both the seeds and juice of pomegranates have astringent properties that can help in the treatment of kidney stones? try to eat one whole pomegranate or drink one glass of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice daily. You can mix pomegranate in a fruit salad also. Another option is to grind one tablespoon of pomegranate seeds into a fine paste. Eat this paste along with a cup of horse gram soup once daily. This remedy will help dissolve the stones. Being high in fiber, kidney beans can be effective in the treatment of any kind of kidney or bladder problem, including kidney stones? remove the beans from inside the pods, then put the beans in hot water. Simmer the water on low flame for hours until the beans become soft and tender. Strain the liquid and allow it to cool. Strain the liquid again. Drink it several times throughout the day to relieve kidney stone pain. This liquid should not be kept for more than 24 hours, as it will lose its therapeutic properties? you can also eat kidney beans in soup or salad. To conclude, you can try any of these natural remedies for treating kidney stones ayurvedic medicines are neeri syrup and calcury syrup and vrikkdoshhar vati for more queries inform me.

This Is How You Can Deal With Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

DNB (Urology), MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Urologist, Delhi
This Is How You Can Deal With Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

Are you suffering from a urinary tract infection and are looking for effective ways to deal with the condition? Urinary tract infection implies infection is either in the urinary bladder or kidneys, while bladder infections are common in women, kidney infections are uncommon. Men by and large don't suffer UTI. So if a male has UTI, evaluation of an underlying cause like stone, benign prostatic hypertrophy etc. should be done. Most urinary tract infections are simple to treat, with some antibiotics for 3 days. In cases of Diabetes, Renal failure, patients with prior surgery, further evaluation and longer therapy are needed. In most cases of recurring UTI, there is an underlying cause. Hence a urological evaluation should be done for recurring UTI. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an urologist.

Drink water throughout the day. Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Recommendations based on the specific type of kidney stone include the following: 1. Calcium oxalate stones= reducing sodium reducing animal protein, such as meat, eggs, and fish getting enough calcium from food or taking calcium supplements with food avoiding foods high in oxalate, such as spinach, rhubarb, nuts, and wheat bran 2. Calcium phosphate stones= reducing sodium reducing animal protein getting enough calcium from food or taking calcium supplements with food 3. Uric acid stones= limiting animal protein. For more details kindly consult.

frequent urination can be cause of other conditions besides diabetes. Get your blood glucose (fasting) checked to rule out diabetes. Take chandraprabha vati tabs, 2 tabs, twice a day, after meals with chandanasva, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water. Take bruhat vangeshwara rasa, 1 tabs, twice a day, 1 hr after meals with half a cup of milk. Cut down sugar , tea, cold water in take in your diet. continue the regime for 21 days. 10 mm stones are very unlikely to pass by medicines and have to be removed by endiscopy or by surgery (pcnl).

I am feeling to urinate frequently and after doing that still i am not satisfied. Many tims i feel a lot of pain in urinating. Always there is a pain. Also i am feelin pain in left side of stomach in reguler interval.

MBBS, DGO (cal)
General Physician,
Madam, Your complaints are suggesting of Chronic Urinary Tract Infection. You need to take immediate action. You may start Syr Uriliser / Alkasol - 2 TSp (10ml) mixed with half glass of water 3 times a day after taking food. This shall reduce your pain but no cure. You consult a good senior physician of your locality, get your urine tested for Routine and Culture with Drug sensitivity to have the right choice of antibiotic. Your physician shall say if any other investigation is required. Please don't neglect it. Untreated, incompletely treated or neglected UTI is not a good accompaniment in life. We have lot many other unavoidable problems to carry on, why the avoidable one?

Sir my father is have kidney stone problem so 4 stones are in both kidney another 1 stone is in out of kidney I think that will come out from urine so suggest me sir and sorry for my English.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

I had urin infection and when I observed burning sensation during urination and also observed urin colour as red, I rushed to the doctor and I took medicine as prescribed. Dr. suggests for urin test but he said normal, nothing to worry. My urin test result as follows = Dt. 24/2/2016 RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - 3-4hpf Crystal- nill Cast- nill Again I test urin to know my pregnancy. Urin test on 1/4/2016 as follows= Pregnancy-positive RBC- nill Pus cell- 8-10hpf Epithical - ++ Crystal- nill Cast- nill Dr. said me report is normal. please tell me result of these above tests. I am worries about this.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology, MBBS
Gynaecologist,
Your urine test report is ok, some pus cells are there, but they could be due to contamination. During pregnancy the uterus gets enlarged and and urinary bladder lies just in front of this pregnancy bearing uterus, due to excess blood flow and pressure of the pregnant uterus, the pregnant woman tends to go for urination more frequently. Also colour of the urine could be influenced by colour of the medicines which are given during pregnancy like folic acid, doxylamine etc. If you were to have infection, then the burning sensation while passing urine would have persisted and you would have got some chills or shivering along with high grade fever. The best way to look for infection is to do culture of the urine and see what organisms grow in it. If that too is negative, just ignore the reports given by you. Drink plenty of water or fluids like coconut water, juices, etc almost upto 2-3 liters per day this will reduce the burning sensation if it is still present.

When the patient has her urea and creatinine elevated it is not advisible to give pain killers, as pain killers have the tendency to damage the kidney function nothing to do in house make her hospitalised as soon as possible.

If you can take kulathi kwath that is kulathi or kulath is a kind of'daal' lentils - used in many parts of contry as routine food item. Kulthi is capable of disintegrating and dissolving stones in kidney. To facilitate expulsion of disintegrated sones yav kshar and shwet parpati and little kalmi shora is taken with a lot of water / and /or aerated drinks.
