Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

If your uric acid is towards higher range try to avoid high protein diet intake. Then the swelling in the joints would be reduced

Sir, I am around 28 yrs old and I have problem that I was able to seat for some few minutes I always got lots of pain in my leg and even unable to walk for some hours around 5-6 hours sometimes. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. Go for a regular walk. Also control your weight properly to bring down the pain give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Hi , tail bone pain is generally due to long sitting, bad sitting posture, calcium deficiency or any traumatic injury. Why you are getting pain, is first a doctor has to diagnose, what you can do is put luke warm water in a tub and sit for 20m twice a day or take hot water bottle on your back, walk at least for 20m twice a day. May your problem be solved if not please do reply thank you.

If possible get a doppler test done for your legs to pin point the cause and till than apply crepe bandage

Get done x-ray soon, backache may worst if you avoid or take it lightly. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Hello. The answer to your question can be given very vaguely coz you have not specified your both legs starting and ending points of pain. Assuming it to be starting from knee. Then my friend you have landed ypurself in one of teh most common and easliy treatable disease. As per your age, I would highly recomend an x-ray before I make any comment so as to know extent of your bones involvement. And then see you so as to treat you. For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and take tablet cetrizine at night and if chicken pox than don't scrub any lesions

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference?
