Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Tk muscle relaxant medicine do rest avoid strain like bending, lifting weight, long sitting, toward bending. Do hot fermentation and stretching exercise of spine.

What's the cause of pain. If you got X-ray of Lumbo-sacral spine pl inform the report. Or get it done. It's for two yrs. Uric acid , RA Blood test and ESR is also desirable. What medicines are you taking with frequency and dosage.

Sir sugar patient can suffer any joint pain knee joint on her toe under her feet shoulder ok even cervical to hand/hands period normal? Earlier take IFT for 12 min for both knee joint for 15 days ok hope 10 days take 1st body weight is too? 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, you have to feel the exact location of heel pain, is it in whole heel, or side of the heel or in middle of heel. As you discussed that you started morning walk, check your shoes if you are wearing shoes, before start walk do proper stretching for fore foot, and suggest Contrast bath you can carry on. If still your pain is not relieving you can consult any specialist.
