It is quit normal to salivate excessively. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations (full mouth x-ray) to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

You can take a pain killer tablet like brufen 400 / combiflam /diclogem for a temporary relief and consult a dentist for proper treatment of the tooth to avoid same problem in future. (note: pain killer tablets are also not solution because they only treat the symptom and not the cause of tooth pain. Also harmful for the body if taken for longer periods without proper supervision.) pain can be due to various factors visit your dentist and get a proper examination done which may include x-rays if necessary, to get a precise diagnosis, after which dentist can give you exact alternatives of treatment options and then you can make decision as to get which appropriate treatment suitable to your problem and needs. When I was much younger I had braces twice to correct my overbite. The orthodontist recommended orthognathic surgery, but my parents felt I was too young and I was too young to make my own decision. Now I am 23 years old and am unhappy with my overbite. I am seriously considering orthognathic surgery but I do not want to have braces again. I had them for 7 years and do not want them. Is it possible to have the surgery without braces?

Usually ulcer heals by itself only within 1 week. You can take 'Becosule capsule' once in a day for 1 week for faster recovery. Temporarily you can apply mucopain gel over ulcer for relief..

Bleeding gums is a sign of gum infection & inflammation which happens because of plaque & calculus deposition on tooth & border of gums. You need to get a clean up (oral prophylaxis) done to solve the bleeding problem. As for the gaps between your teeth, if it is too huge & making you conscious about your smile & looks, you need to get braces treatment done. If the gaps are not too wide your problem may be solved with removable wire appliance & you may not need to put braces.
