Use rose herbal face pack (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products. Visit www. Ayurvedahaircare. In). Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on the face and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Take b-pure capsules, 2 capsules three times a day for 15 days follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

1. Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. 2. Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. 3. Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. 4. Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. 5. This can be done several times. Results can be seen after about a month of doing this process every day.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Hi lybrate-user, Yes, lemon is good for skin, It has antibacterial, anti fungal properties, rich in vitamin c an powerful antioxidant. 1. Cut a lemon and rub on your face for 15 to 20 min then wash off with normal water, do it twice a week. OR 2. Take 2 tablespoons of gram flour. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of milk in it. Apply it on your skin and let it. After 15-20 minutes wash of with lukewarm water. For instant glowing skin. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30ml of divya shwasari pravahi (patanjali ayurved) along with 30ml of water after meals. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and chandraprabha vati after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water. Do all things for 30 days.
