You are having premature ejaculation. It may be due to 1. Anxiety, depression 2. Fatigue, stress 3. Relationship issues, performance anxiety, 4. In my scalp, in a particular portion like 3cm scabs coming, I picking out and it became my habit. For the past 5 years I am suffering because of this. I have taken lot of treatments and consulted various dermatologists, I had removed the particular part by a plastic surgeon and biopsy done. As per the reports doctor said none. You should discuss your problem with the treating doctor. You should ask him the prognosis of the disease and whether recurrence can be avoided. If nothing much can be done then you should accept the same or at the most take a second opinion from the other specialist. When the treatment is worse than the disease it is better not to treat. Kindly get your cbc done and review with report avoid exertion, take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days, lot of fluids to be taken, take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths.
