WAys to reduce acne scar: 1)Reduce exposure to sun: if you expose them to sun, their healing process will slow down and the scars will get darker. So, avoid direct sun exposure, use sunscreen to guard your skin and also cover yourself with hat, umbrella, clothes- whatever you can lay hands on. 2) lemon juice+honey+almond oil +milk = Mix them all and apply on the scars once daily for about 7-10 days After applying lemon juice, never ever step out in sun 3) Apply aloe vera gel twice daily to see the results in just few days. Not only will your acne scars will diminish but also your skin will start glowing and will become tighter. Other topical medications include topical ointment with retinoic acid, glycolic acid and others. You can consult a dermatologist if it persist or prolongs.

I am getting thin hair both in front and back. What should I do as remedy other than medicines causing side effects.
Baldness is not an overnight affair. It is a long term process which has to be arrested as soon as you start noticing it. While among the 40 plus men baldness is very common, women often think that the chances for them getting bald are very less. But that?s not true; women too can face the same problem which starts from thinning of the hair There are many reasons why you may go bald. But don?t lose hope. It is never too late. They are many good solutions available to induce hair growth in baldness. But before opting for any one randomly, you must know the reason that caused baldness and take measures accordingly. Causes of baldness 1. Heredity: If your fathers, uncles have clean heads to show off in their mid 40?s, you must set an alarm for yourself when you are in your 20s. Take proper care of your mane, as prescribed by an expert. Apart from that maintain a healthy, stress-free life style. Inculcate the habit of keeping yourself hydrated always. 2. Sickness: Excessive hair loss might start as you are recovering from diseases like Typhoid or Jaundice. If you do not pay attention to your hair getting thin at that moment, it wouldn?t take much time to result in an empty patch on your head. 3. Lack of maintenance: If you expose your hair to various chemicals without judging the components of the products, it may cause serious harm to your hair. Bald Hair Growth Solutions Since every product available on the counter promises to get you beautiful and lustrous hair, you have to be extra cautious when you pick up a product. Going by your preferences, you must choose the following 1. Medicinal help: Good medicines can always help to a certain extent for hair growth. Consult a doctor before you resort to this. While, this may bring result sooner, on the flipside, it might have some side effects too. 2. Treatment for baldness: Hair treatments will spur the follicles of your head to produce new hair. This involves a considerable cost. However, many apprehend that the newly grown hair will start falling again once you stop the treatment. 3. Natural remedies: Natural remedies are considered to be the best ones and are the most recommended ones to follow as the hair growth naturally will not shed off easily once you master the methods of taking proper care with patience. Below mentioned are few natural hair growth tips: 1. Massage olive oil and castor oil on your scalp. Both are known to induce dormant follicles. 2. Rub onion on the scalp. It is also known to be very effective in regenerating new hair. 1.3. Increase the intake of protein enriched food. Proteins are the basics of new cells and taking considerable amount of milk, fish, and meat will help in the growth of hair. 4. Purna cosmetic slimming skin hair clinic Gulbarga karnataka for consult hair growth treatment

Which Method Of Hair Transplant Should You Go For?

Which Method Of Hair Transplant Should You Go For?

Results and permanence are the only ways to differentiate between hair transplant and all other types of hair restoration solutions. The best part of getting a hair transplant done is that it feels and looks so natural that most will not be able to figure out whether you got the procedure done. This is possible due to the advancements made in medical technology in the recent times.

There are mainly two different ways to extract and transplant numerous hair follicles i.e. follicle units. Presently there are only two main techniques for hair transplantation, which differ from each other only in one aspect which is the way the cosmetic surgeon extracts the hair follicles from the scalp of the donor. The two methods are FUE i.e. Follicular Unit Extraction and FUT i.e. Follicular Unit Transplantation.

1. Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)

No scalp tissue will be removed if you choose Follicular Unit Extraction method since every follicular unit is taken directly and individually from the scalp. The physician removes the hair follicles randomly,  which results in less density; which most people maintain is not even noticeable. However, since the hair follicles are removed individually, the number of follicles which can be harvested in a session is very less compared to the FUT method. It is considered the best method for hair restoration in minor cases i.e. if the person does not suffer from advanced hair loss. This method boasts of a faster healing time and less discomfort.

2. Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT)

If you opt for the Follicular Unit Transplantation method of hair transplant, the surgeon will remove a small strip of tissue, in order to extract the hair follicles present, from the back of your head. A skilled clinical team will then harvest the hair follicles from the strip and transplant them to the recipient areas individually. If you have advanced hair loss, you should opt for this method instead of FUE because the physician can deliver the best results and guarantee you satisfaction utilizing the entire scalp area. You may also choose Follicular Unit Transplantation since it ensures most number of grafts which can be transplanted in a single session. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!
