I am 27 years old. I had been stomach problems for many years. 4 years ago I did 9 months course of intestine infection due to these problems. After this I bacame completly fit. Last year I had a miscarriage and after this, I am continuously suffering chronic constipation in spite of using all home remedies and treatment. What should I do? please help me. For last some days, I have been abdominal pain too.

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you've added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. I hope some of this helps. In the mean time try (biochemic) biocombination numb 4 requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult me in private.

In view of age and height the weight is less. No, not even one cigarette. Cigarette smoke has more than 4000 chemicals and most o them are harmful. Everyone starts with one cigarette and over time they start with two and then three and so on. There is this problem of developing tolerance and dependence over time and is not unique to some people only. As youngsters we bluff ourselves that we will not get addicted and can stop any time any where. But that is not true as we all know. Better not to start at all. Give it up when you can.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Feeling dizzy is the effect of tab and not its side effect and you need to discuss with who prescribed it before changing . There is no hem in stopping it but the disease will be not healed

Yeah, really got your pain n such issues torture in monsoon may be allergically triggered. Hope you did pft or spirometry if so share, now a days cough more than 2 weeks comes undernational tb control programme so feel free to accept if your Dr. Asks you to go for any of such tests. Till then apply til oil on your chest n back n bathe with warm water. Chew eladi vati multiple times.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Hello Mr Singhal This much information is not at all sufficient to suggest any treatment at all. Your case is needs precise scrutiny alongwith some investigations. Details of erectile dysfunction are necessary to treat it. For this a thorough history taking is required so that I can exactly understand the root cause of your problem and treat it accordingly. Suggesting some medicines just for the sake of it wont do any good, as you are already taking so many medicines. Damiaplant is not going to do any good in your case.
