I am 24 years old male, I'm suffering asthma from childhood. Last 6 months back I went to doctor for this he said that there is small sinus problem, for that he gave me a tablet called L HIST MONT (levocetirizine dihydrochloride). While using this tablet I'm not getting any breathing problem but when I stopped this once again breathing problem raises. Is there any permanent solution for asthma in homeopathy/ayurveda.
How can d daily intake of some essential nutrients be met like of zinc d daily intake recommended is 11 mg but its not much in our foods so do everyone has to take a daily multivit to compensate.
Hi, I am 32 years old. I have started getting severe upper abdominal pain. Pinching stabbing kind of pain. One month after my second C-section. I have shown my condition to gynaecologists, general physicians, gastroenterologist and homoeopathy doctors. After several relevant tests (infact all the major tests conducted), I have been told I have IBS. Tablets COLOSPA RETARD and HYDPAN were prescribed by the gastroenterologist for 5 months. It relieved me of the pain for 5 months but after medicine was stopped by the doctor, the pain is back with the same intensity. I have been tested for food allergies, epigastric hernia, intestinal adhesions, gastroscopy, CT-scan of abdomen and pelvis, etc. All reports are normal. Please help me to know how I should attempt to get complete relief from this pain. Thanks.
My fathers' leg is getting swollen day by day, some times its normal. Did some treatments but no +ve result. Should he have a different diet or a treatment is required?
I am suffering from some itching which I get when my body gets warm, for few mins around 5-10 mins and heals when I apply sone cold water on my head and arms where its itching. Especially during winter I. E in this period the itching have become more vulnerable due to dry skin and no moisturizer is effective as such. Please suggest some home remedies I don't want to have allopathic medicines on regular basis.

Dark Chocolate May Boost Athletic Performance.
A flavanol in the cocoa bean and in dark chocolate called epicatechin increases the production of nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to dilate and reduces oxygen consumption, which experts say can help athletes to maintain their pace for longer. In this study, cyclists either consumed a daily allotment of dark chocolate that was rich in flavanols or white chocolate. After two weeks, the cyclists performed a series of cycling exercise tests. The researchers found that the riders who ate dark chocolate used less oxygen when cycling at a moderate pace than to those who given white chocolate and they also traveled further in a two-minute flat-out time trial.
